OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE (built in 2009) HAS BEEN lovingly equipped with many comforts, because after more than 25 years of experience in renting, we think we know what our holiday guests need for a pleasant stay and a nice holiday.
LIVING ROOM WITH COMFORTABLE NEW SOFA WITH LOUNGE AREA, A DINING AREA AND A FULLY EQUIPPED OPEN KITCHEN. WE HAVE ALSO THOUGHT OF A PLAY CORNER FOR THE LITTLE ONES.
BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND WC, 2 BEDROOMS ON THE UPPER FLOOR WITH GOOD BEDS AND AN ADDITIONAL 2ND WC.
THE TERRACE IS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH 2 PATIO DOORS, WHICH PROVIDE A LOT OF SUN AND DAYLIGHT IN THE LIVING ROOM AND A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE GARDEN.
THE WELL-BEING OF OUR GUESTS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. THAT IS WHY THERE IS THE USUAL SERVICE , LIKE:

Our lovingly furnished and child-friendly holiday home is only a few minutes' walk from the centre and the beach

It is quietly situated on a dead-end street. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for both
the holiday home is an ideal starting point for cycling trips as a couple or with the small family, for leisurely walks along the beach, interesting gallery visits or a stroll through the streets of the historic towns of Middelburg or Veere. A modern supermarket ( Albert Hein) is only 300 metres away and a very well-stocked cheese dairy on a farm can be reached in only 10 minutes by bike.
We are very proud of the many cycle paths on our peninsula Walcheren, recently awarded with 5 stars, which invite you to beautiful and relaxing excursions in the near or far nature.
Beach and dune walks as well as lazing on the endless and wide sandy beach of Domburg are another recreational option.
all within easy walking distance, they leave nothing to be desired.
Other sporting activities such as horse riding, surfing, yoga and fitness on the beach (in the summer months) complete the range of leisure activities. And the nature reserve 'Ter Manterling' with its special forest just behind the dunes is still an insider tip.
There are also more than 22 restaurants, cafés, bistros and beach restaurants of various categories, which offer a wide range of culinary delights

Beautiful holiday home in a peaceful location
Very nicely equipped holiday home in a quiet residential area. Nevertheless, it is well located and all ways to the beach, shopping and restaurants are very close. Due to the cozy furnishings, it is perfect at any time of the year. The hosts are super nice and helpful.

Everything for a successful holiday.
The house is very beautiful and modern, good bicycles are available for free and the 2 toilets for seniors are very pleasant. The equipment is perfect.

My name is Petra Lievense and I have lived in beautiful Domburg since 1993. I met my husband there on holiday and my decision was soon made: I would like to live and work here. From the beginning we first offered guest rooms and from 1995 onwards we rented out our terraced house in the J. W. Schuurmanstraat in Domburg with a holiday home. in 2009 we were lucky enough to be able to build a new house in Domburg and it was clear that we would also build a holiday home to offer to holiday guests. For almost 25 years now, I have experienced the contact with our (mostly German) holiday guests as very positive and I am very happy to be a hostess. The cosy and complete design of the holiday home is also very important to me. My husband and I do everything we can to make our guests feel at home, and this is rewarded by the many regular guests who return again and again.
