Description
Our holiday homes are located on a spacious property in Loiz (municipality of Witzin) in an out-of-town location surrounded by woods and meadows. The holiday home (House B) was completely modernised in 2012-2013 and is comfortably furnished. In addition to the large living room with wood-burning stove and a small open kitchen area as well as a directly connected outdoor terrace facing south, there is a bedroom with double bed and an extra room with WC and shower. Our guests can use the sauna area at any time.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Loiz belongs to the municipality of Witzin - only a seven-minute drive away from the state-recognised resort town of Sternberg with its medieval town centre ... Here you will find everything you need: various food markets, bakers and restaurants as well as a petrol station and bicycle and canoe rental. The extensive grounds, the nearby village of Loiz and the surrounding area of the Sternberg lakeland, as well as the proximity to the Baltic Sea, offer many recreational opportunities. Those who want to be physically active can let off steam in the surrounding area: whether canoeing, horseback riding, golfing, swimming in lakes or the Baltic Sea, jogging or cycling on beautiful forest paths or trolley rides - there is something for everyone. Those who like it quieter can take a walk through the forest to the old Slavic settlement or the old-timer museum in Groß Raden or visit the environmental and nature park in Güstrow. Nature lovers will find a paradise in the surroundings of Loiz: there are 20 protected landscape areas in the district of Parchim alone. The landscape is characterised by gentle terminal moraine hills and beautiful glacial valleys such as those of the Warnow and Mildenitz rivers. Day trips to the "big" cities of Schwerin, Güstrow, Wismar and Rostock offer plenty of culture and history to touch and experience.

Recreation and pure nature
We had deliberately looked for something where we could relax well and find peace. It couldn't have been better. We found a clean and super cozy holiday home with a beautiful and lovingly designed garden and a sauna, all completely fenced. This was of great benefit to our shepherd dog and us, of course. There was nothing missing. We only had to go through the gate, and we were already in the wonderful forest where we walked for many hours. There were neither television nor radio or heating. The fireplace stove was absolutely sufficient and provided us with a cozy atmosphere every evening. Mr. and Mrs. Pioch were very friendly and lovable people. We would love to come back and recommend this little paradise to anyone who wants to get a little closer to nature. Thank you very much for that!

We were there with our Shepherd Hermann for 1 week and were really very satisfied 😃 The landlords are very nice and animal-loving 🐾 The accommodation has everything you need, and we were able to relax on the large terrace in the evenings 🌅 The big garden and the fenced property were perfect for our dog 🐶 We enjoyed the peace and the walks in the forest very much 🌲🌳 The beach is also not far away, and we spent a lot of time here 🏖️🌞 Thank you very much for the lovely time and keep it up! The best experience
Thank you very much for the great holiday. If you love nature and the silence of the countryside, this is exactly the right place for us. Our radio network was also completely ok, with a small hotspot we could even watch TV on the Lapi. It was a real experience. Many thanks for the friendly welcome and the great holiday. I don't think I have ever seen so many animals in one week. We will definitely come again. Thumbs up and keep it up!
