In our holiday cottage you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday on the Mecklenburg Lake District. Thanks to the flexible price system, you will find offers for all budgets and types of holiday - from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season. The holiday home can be booked by 2 - 6 people. Our holiday home was built in 2000 and used by us as a residence from 2012 to 2017. The interior was always adapted to our family growing needs. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cosy rounds of cooking with your loved ones. But also the fireplace or even the spacious winter garden invite you to long barbecue evenings or an extended breakfast with fragrant bread rolls. On approx. 130m² you will find the kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a children's room, a living room with a fireplace and the winter garden. Outside there are 2 parking spaces for cars and 1 carport for bicycles. The garden with a view of a horse paddock invites you to relax or leaves room for your children to play, be it on the swing or in the sandbox. In the house you will find many books and games for young and old. WLAN use is free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the centre of the village of Witzin, but far enough from the B 104. The Witziner Mühlensee invites bathers and anglers. It is only a 5-minute walk away. The public playground is 100m away, as is the village centre with its fire brigade and skate hall.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Witzin is famous for its 900-year-old lime tree, which stands in front of the listed church. There are also many interesting and exciting highlights in Witzin village life, such as the duck race on Easter Monday or the night hike in October. All events can be found under "".
You can also rent two ladies' bikes (7 gears and 3 gears) from us for an extra charge of 50 EUR/week. Our children's bikes are free, but not safe for road traffic.

A place to relax and unwind
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. An idyllic house, everything you need, a fantastic winter garden. We wanted a relaxing long weekend and that's what we got. The house and area are very suitable for children...lake for swimming, playgrounds, and soccer field are nearby. Communication with the landlady via email worked smoothly. We can recommend the holiday house.

A beautiful week in October with hikes and evenings by the fireplace and in the winter garden.
All great! We had firewood with us, but it wasn't necessary. The slight cleanliness issue refers to a few corners that were apparently overlooked. We took care of them ourselves. Otherwise, I wouldn't know where to deduct any points. Many thanks to the Charborski family and to Daniel!

Great house with lots of peace and a wonderful garden.
We had a lovely week, luckily beautiful weather, but even in the rain, you can spend the days well in the house, as everything is really there and you can make yourself comfortable in the winter garden or fireplace room. You can also get to everywhere relatively quickly. Smooth communication, clear recommendation.

Peace and relaxation
We had a lovely time, only sunshine and blue skies, temperatures like in midsummer. Accordingly, we did a lot of activities, for which the location is very well suited.
The house is large and well-equipped, unfortunately, due to the temperatures, we had no reason to use the beautiful fireplace. Communication with Mrs. Charborski worked very well. We can recommend the house.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
The house is located in a very quiet side street. Despite the contactless booking, we had very good contact with the landlady. The house itself lacks nothing, there is plenty of space, and the winter garden is a dream. It is also very suitable for families with children (closed garden), even though we did not have children with us. Witzin is very centrally located for day trips, e.g. to Schwerin, to the Müritz and the Baltic Sea or just for a fresh fish purchase or a boat tour with Fischer Rettig in Sternberg.

Feel Good House
- if you want a quiet location, perfect!
- Pure nature, whether in your own garden or the surrounding area!
- Exploring the landscape is best done by bike
- The car is needed for shopping, as there are no nearby options. We combined trips with shopping - not a problem!
- Inside the house a "feel-good atmosphere," like with friends.
- Everything was provided, with the winter garden and garden plot available at any time, temperature, and weather conditions.
- Equipment: Kitchen is top-notch! Everything available to cook like in everyday life
For a longer stay, a washing machine would be great
and in the bedroom, a blackout blind would be recommended.

Aktivurlaub
We spent eventful holiday days in Witzin with the two grandchildren. They had a lot of fun at the mill pond, the nearby playground, and of course, we also went swimming in the Baltic Sea! The house is spacious and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable there.
