In our holiday cottage you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday on the Mecklenburg Lake District. Thanks to the flexible price system, you will find offers for all budgets and types of holiday - from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, the long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season. The holiday home can be booked by 2 - 6 people. Our holiday home was built in 2000 and used by us as a residence from 2012 to 2017. The interior was always adapted to our family growing needs. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cosy rounds of cooking with your loved ones. But also the fireplace or even the spacious winter garden invite you to long barbecue evenings or an extended breakfast with fragrant bread rolls. On approx. 130m² you will find the kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a children's room, a living room with a fireplace and the winter garden. Outside there are 2 parking spaces for cars and 1 carport for bicycles. The garden with a view of a horse paddock invites you to relax or leaves room for your children to play, be it on the swing or in the sandbox. In the house you will find many books and games for young and old. WLAN use is free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the centre of the village of Witzin, but far enough from the B 104. The Witziner Mühlensee invites bathers and anglers. It is only a 5-minute walk away. The public playground is 100m away, as is the village centre with its fire brigade and skate hall.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Witzin is famous for its 900-year-old lime tree, which stands in front of the listed church. There are also many interesting and exciting highlights in Witzin village life, such as the duck race on Easter Monday or the night hike in October. All events can be found under "".
You can also rent two ladies' bikes (7 gears and 3 gears) from us for an extra charge of 50 EUR/week. Our children's bikes are free, but not safe for road traffic.

Ein Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen
Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein idyllisches Haus, alles vorhanden, super toller Wintergarten. Wir wollten ein erholsames verlängertes Wochenende und das hatten wir. Das Haus und die Gegend ist für Kinder sehr geeignet...Badesee, Spielplätze, Bolzplatz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin per E-Mail hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Oktoberwoche mit Wanderungen und Abenden am Kamin und im Wintergarten
Alles top!
Kaminholz hatten wir dabei, wäre aber nicht nötig gewesen. Der kleine Mangel bei Sauberkeit bezieht sich auf ein paar Ecken, die offenbar übersehen wurden. Haben wir selbst beseitigt. Sonst wüßte ich nicht, wo irgendein Pünktchen abzuziehen wäre. Ganz lieben Dank an die Familie Charborski und an Daniel!

Tolles Haus mit viel Ruhe und herrlichem Garten
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche, zum Glück schönes Wetter, aber auch bei Regen kann man die Tage gut im Haus verbringen, da hier wirklich ALLES da ist und man sich es im Wintergarten oder Kaminzimmer gemütlich machen kann. Man kommt auch relativ schnell überall hin. Problemlose Kommunikation, klare Weiterempfehlung

Ruhe und Erholung
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, nur Sonne und blauer Himmel, Temperaturen wie im Hochsommer. Dementsprechend haben wir viel unternommen, wofür sich der Standort sehr gut eignet.
Das Haus ist gross und gut ausgestattet, leider hatten wir aufgrund der Temperaturen keinen Grund, den schönen Kaminofen zu nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Charborski hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Trotz der kontaktlosen Buchung hatten wir sehr guten Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts, es ist massig Platz und der Wintergarten ist ein Traum. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist es sehr gut geeignet (abgeschlossener Garten) auch wenn wir keine Kinder dabei hatten. Witzin ist sehr zentral gelegen für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Schwerin, an die Müritz und Ostsee oder sei es nur zu einem frischen Fischeinkauf oder Bootstour beim Fischer Rettig in Sternberg.

Wohlfühl-Haus
- wenn man eine ruhige Lage wünscht, perfekt!
- Natur pur, ob im eigenen Garten oder der Umgebung!
- mit dem Fahrrad ist die Landschaft am Besten zu erkunden
- das Auto wird für Einkäufe benötigt, da keine umliegende Möglichkeit. Wir haben Ausflüge mit Einkauf verbunden - kein Problem!
- Im Haus selbst "Wohlfühlatmosphäre", wie bei Freunden.
Rundum fehlte es an nichts, durch Wintergarten und Gartengrundstück, zu jeder Tageszeit /Temperatur und Wetterlage.
Ausstattung: Küche top! alles Vorhanden um wie im Alltag zu kochen
Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre eine Waschmaschine toll
und im Schlafzimmer wäre ein Verdunklungsrollo empfehlenswert.

Aktivurlaub
Wir haben mit den 2 Enkelkindern erlebnisreiche Ferientage in Witzin verlebt. Sie hatten viel Spass am Mühlenteich, am nahegelegenen Spielplatz und natürlich waren wir auch in der Ostsee baden! Das Haus ist großzügig und gemühtlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.
