Description

The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2013. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town and is 82m² in size. The apartment consists of 1 living room with double sofa bed, 1 dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a loggia with garden furniture (smoking area). Internet access via Wi-Fi is available. Washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. Parking space is available. Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac without through traffic in a suburban settlement. After only a few steps you will find yourself in the typical Münsterland park landscape with forests, meadows and fields framed by hedges and trees. The riverbank and floodplain landscape of the Ems with its unique fauna and flora is a protected area and can be reached in 2-3 minutes on foot. On the edge of the settlement there are junctions of the cycle path network laid out as a honeycomb network with connections to the major theme routes such as: EmsAuenWeg, 100 castles route, peace route etc. A restaurant is 300m away, a supermarket 900m. In the heart of the Münsterland, only 15 km north of Münster, lies the relatively young town of Greven. Greven has about inhabitants. Its central and idyllic location in the middle of the park and meadow landscape on the Ems and the well-developed cycle paths make Greven a popular starting point and stopover for cycling and canoeing tours lasting one or more days. Other places of interest in Greven and the surrounding area include the "Sachsenhof" in Pentrup, the old canal overpass (technical cultural monument) in Fuestrup, the old Gräftenhof Höping-Pellengahr with its fortified storehouse, the remains of the "Schöneflieth" customs fortress and today's Münster-Osnabrück International Airport (FMO). Furthermore, the regional centre of Münster with the Prinzipalmarkt and the town hall, the , the , the all-weather zoo, the natural history museum, the wetland biotope and bird reserve "Rieselfelder" etc. attracts many visitors. The neighbouring communities and towns also have a lot to offer. Altenberge with its ice cellar, Nordwalde with the Bispinghof and the Althaus estate, Saerbeck with the corn distillery museum and the energy experience trail, and the pilgrimage and Hanseatic town of Telgte with its pilgrimage chapel from 1654 are worth mentioning here.
