The holiday home VILLA NEDIKA, with its 100 m2, is well laid out, equipped to a high standard, and with the 30 m2 terrace, it offers full comfort for 5 + 2 people. The holiday home VILLA NEDIKA has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, three toilets, a large terrace with grill, balcony, and two parking spaces directly in front of the villa.
Holiday home Villa NedikaThe complete villa is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The holiday home is air-conditioned, has satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, grill, etc.

Bedroom 1 - Double bed, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and shower.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed, wardrobe, and a sofa as an extra bed.
Bedroom 3 - Single bed and wardrobe. Living room - large and comfortable, with two sofas (as an extra bed), satellite TV, wardrobe, and dresser.
Kitchen and dining room - spacious and well-equipped, with a table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, other accessories, and dishes.
Comfortable bathroom - with a large bathtub, toilet, and sink.
Additional room - with washing machine, sink, and toilet (entrance from outside). Holiday home exterior:
Spacious, partially covered terrace, while the second part of the terrace is shaded by grapevines as a natural canopy. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs, a garden sofa, and a grill.
The balcony (5m2) on the west side of the villa is furnished with a table and chairs.
Two parking spaces next to the villa.
In front of the villa, there is a small garden with olive and mandarin trees and various flowers. A sufficient number of tablecloths and dish towels. Clean bed linen is provided once a week.
Animals are not allowed.
A baby crib is available upon prior arrangement.

PODGORA is a small tourist town located in the southern Croatian, in central Dalmatia. Situated in the heart of the Makarska Riviera, characterized by its mild and warm climate, crystal clear and clean blue sea and beautiful long pebble beaches. Podgora has an exceptional microclimate. Protected from the north by impressive Biokovo mountain and sheltered from the south by Dalmatian islands Hvar and Brač. Podgora is one of the very few oases of peace in the whole Mediterranean.
PODGORA is well connected with the rest of the world. Located between the two Adriatic airports (Split and Dubrovnik), and only 25 km from the entrance to the highway.
PODGORA will delight you with its beaches, clear and warm sea, mild climate, unique beauty, untouched nature, gastronomic delights and other amenities. Here you will feel the smell of salt and the Mediterranean. Podgora is surrounded by pine trees, olive trees and other Mediterranean plants.
PODGORA can certainly be proud on its beautiful, well-kept and maintained beaches. Slightly rounded pebbles and shallow clear sea make these beaches very suitable for children and less skilled swimmers. Main beaches are equipped with showers and changing rooms, where you can rent parasols and deck chairs. Central beach in front of the hotels are the largest and most visited. Also, there are other beaches where you can find the natural shadow under the pine trees. There are also small hidden beaches in the bays, and some of them are nudist beaches (FKK). Whichever beach you choose, you will enjoy in the pleasant, blue and crystal clear sea.

Beautiful & comfortable holiday home in quiet location - close to the beach
The house and the view were even more beautiful in reality than in the photos
The house is very nice, spacious, clean, well located, well maintained and is equipped with everything you need. We can unreservedly recommend the holiday home Villa Nedika! Perfect for families! The centre, sea promenade, beach, restaurants.... is within walking distance in a few minutes. Very nice and hospitable landlords.
