This high-quality, 140 m² holiday home is just 200 m from the beach and offers a view of the sea from the upper bedroom. Our charming, orange and white holiday home is nestled in a quiet holiday home estate in a protected landscape.
The advantageous location with only a few steps to the Baltic Sea makes this accommodation a sought-after holiday address for beach holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation as well as families with children.
The spacious, friendly and modernly furnished holiday home (140 sqm living space, suitable for up to 5 people, possibly with small children) not only scores points with a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room and the cosy, large eat-in kitchen with kitchen witch, but also with an attractive outdoor area.
The approx. 500 square metre garden with a large lawn is surrounded by laurel hedges and bamboo and has a beach chair, garden furniture and barbecue as well as plenty of space to play. There are also two car parking spaces on the property.
Inside you will find a large kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and cooker as well as the traditional kitchen witch, also suitable for cooking.
The extra-large wooden table with seating for 8 in the kitchen is just as inviting as the large, bright living room with cosy settee and armchairs, as well as a Danish wood-burning stove. The house is laid out with tiles and new wooden floorboards, making it easy to clean and suitable for families with small children. Water sports enthusiasts such as divers, anglers and sailors are also welcome in this house, which is not far from excellent fishing and diving opportunities.
There is plenty of space for fishing/diving equipment or surfboards. Firewood for the stoves, which heat the whole house, can be bought in the nearby hardware store (Friedrichsort). Of course, the house has modern gas central heating, so that heating with the stoves is not necessary, but serves for cosiness.

The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home estate, not far from the beach (200m) in Jellenbek. It is less than 3 km to Surendorf, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, beach sauna and restaurants.
Jellenbek , Schwedeneck , Baltic Sea , Schleswig-Holstein , Germany Jellenbek is located on the Eckernförde Bay on the Schwedeneck peninsula near the villages of Krusendorf and Surendorf. The municipality is a recognised climatic health resort.
The municipality has a natural beach, a dog beach and a beach promenade with restaurants and leisure facilities. The beautiful and unique Baltic Sea coast is close by: rare plant and bird species, cliffs, beach forest and dune areas.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 50 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant must cancel their booking, a withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing. At the tenant's request, the landlord will make an effort to find a suitable replacement tenant only if instructed to do so in writing. If the tenant provides a suitable replacement tenant, a reassignment of the booking and the issuance of a new lease agreement are necessary, which can only be done by the landlord. In both positive instances, the amount of the contractually owed cancellation fees (see table below) will be limited to a processing fee of 50 EUR. If no suitable replacement tenant can be found for the cancelled period, the rent must be paid by the tenant, or a refund must be provided by the landlord in case of the tenant having already made the full payment, as follows: - Compensation claim by the landlord upon withdrawal: - Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price, - Up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price, - Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price, - Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price, - Otherwise, 100% of the rental price. Cancellation of the lease agreement is valid only with a written declaration! The date of receipt of the written cancellation notice by the landlord is decisive.
