Description
This luxurious new-build holiday flat impresses with its excellent location. Directly on the Kolk Lake and only 300 m from the dyke, train station, ferry dock, bakery or restaurants, it offers pure "North Sea holiday luxury" with its heated terrace and built-in infrared heat cabin.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of an architecturally unusual residential building and promises top-class living quality (roller shutters, radios with ceiling speakers integrated into the electrical circuit and underfloor heating throughout the flat)
After a long day of holiday you have the possibility to use the infrared heat cabin made for 2 persons with soft relaxing music (computer stick or radio) and integrated light therapy, in order to rest afterwards on the sun loungers or in the beach chair on the terrace, or to shower off the everyday stress in the luxurious daylight bathroom in order to make further plans for the following day of holiday refreshed and refreshed.
The terrace is approx. 30 sqm and faces south-west, so that the sun is on the terrace all day. In the evening, an infrared heater, if desired, ensures long mild summer evenings on the terrace. In 20 m you are at the house's own jetty and can let your legs dangle in the Kolk Lake.
Our new holiday flat is designed for 2 people. As always, we have paid attention to the highest level of functionality. The master bedroom is equipped with a modern and comfortable white box spring bed
A separate dressing room, provides you with. Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, give you the opportunity to put your dirty clothes back in order on the spot.
Culinary delights can also be indulged in your holiday home. The fitted kitchen offers you everything you need in a modern household. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner in comfortable leather swing chairs at the large dining table with an unobstructed view of the Kolk Lake through the wide windows. In fine weather, of course, you can also enjoy your meal on the terrace.
The walls of the flat have again been tinted in soft colour combinations
In front of the building, there is a storage room that allows you to safely park the bicycles you have brought with you or rented.
As you can see, everything has "hopefully" been thought of, so that nothing stands in the way of a booking in our holiday flat "Seelage".

Your exclusive "Seelage" holiday flat is in a prime location in Norddeich. You have an unobstructed view of the Kolk Lake and are only a few minutes' walk (5 min) from the dyke, the beach, the train station, the ferry port to buy bread or to the restaurants. The "Ocean Wave" adventure pool, the seal breeding station and the spa administration are only a short 10-minute walk away. You can safely leave your car here and use it on the day of your departure if you wish. Norden, the town by the sea with even more flair!
Norden has a long history dating back to pre-Christian times, making it the oldest town in East Frisia. Sights such as the largest tree-lined market square in Europe, the Ludgeri Church with the beautiful Arp-Schnitger organ or the East Frisian Tea Museum with Museum of Folklore make Norden a popular tourist destination. The town consists of ten districts, Norddeich is probably the best known and most important district of Norden. You spend your holidays here directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast (a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE since 2009), where you can watch the tides wonderfully.
Norddeich developed from a fishing village into a popular coastal bathing resort and has been a state-recognised North Sea spa since 1979. in 1996, the Norddeich Clinic opened its doors, making Norddeich interesting for spa guests as well. In addition to its spa clinic, Norddeich has much more to offer, including a 14-hectare sandy and green beach with a shallow slope, the seal breeding station, the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool, the adventure golf park, children's playhouse, open-air swimming pool and much more.
For cyclists, there is an extensive network of cycle paths, allowing you to explore the beautiful East Frisian landscape. For pedestrians, there are mudflat walks and various hiking trails. In Norden-Norddeich you will also find the right culinary offer for every taste, whether on the dyke promenade or in the well-known pedestrian zone in Norden, you will find everything your heart desires, from simple snack bars to gourmet restaurants, from light fish dishes to hearty home cooking, from international cuisine to regional specialities.
There is also something for a convivial end to your shopping trip or an adequate start to the night. In the numerous restaurants, bistros, pubs and cafés you will find the necessary relaxation or the desired conviviality, depending on your mood.
Directly at the harbour of Norddeich you have the possibility to take the ferry to Juist or Norderney. In addition, many other destinations can be visited from Norddeich Baltrum, Langeoog, Helgoland, Aurich, Leer, Emden, Papenburg with a visit to the Meyer shipyard, the Ems barrage or the "Otto" lighthouse

Toller Urlaub
We had booked this apartment once before, but unfortunately, Corona got in the way. This time it worked out, and we had a great vacation! Everything was perfect, the apartment is well-equipped. The terrace with the furniture and the view of the pond is fantastic. We will definitely come back!

Very satisfied!
We spent a week in Norddeich and felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday apartment! Everything was very clean, stylish, and modern, and the facilities were truly excellent! Nothing was missing! The view of the small lake from the terrace was very relaxing! We would have only wished for a staircase/ladder into the water to avoid having to pull the kids (14, 11) out of the water onto the jetty.
We enjoyed the week in your vacation rental very much, Mr. Jeub! At some point, we will return.

Although we have had many vacation rentals, this apartment with a view of the Kolksee was amazing, it was so perfect, beautiful, and tastefully decorated, couldn't be better. There were always new details to discover.
We felt so comfortable. It's impossible to list everything.
