This semi-detached house of a special kind is located in a mixed holiday home development, not far from the centre of Greetsiel. The East Frisian fishing village of Greetsiel is a district of the municipality of Krummhörn and is a state-recognised resort in East Frisia on the North Sea coast.

Among the East Frisian seaside resorts, Greetsiel has best preserved its townscape with its historic gabled houses. Around 27 shrimp trawlers are still moored in the picturesque fishing harbour.

A wide range of restaurants, tea rooms, cafés and shopping facilities make your holiday a culinary experience.

Among the best-known sights are the twin mills and, of course, the Pilsum lighthouse. Other sights include the Schöpfwerk, the old siel, the Greetsiel museum house specialises in ships in bottles and displays around 8oo examples.

In Greetsiel you also have many opportunities to get to know your holiday region by water. During the holiday season there are many excursions to the East Frisian Islands.

The Tampen house is equipped with electric external blinds on the ground floor and internal blinds on the first floor. In addition, fly screens are fitted in all the windows.
