The property is centrally and quietly located with lots of greenery and offers various shopping facilities (REWE, bakery, restaurants, library, etc.) nearby. It is a 10-minute walk to the famous Göhren Baltic Sea beach.

The Göhren Church, with a magnificent view of the Mönchgut, is just a few steps away.

Göhren is located in the east of the island of Rügen on the Mönchgut peninsula. With its wonderful sandy beaches, elevations, and forests, it offers many recreational opportunities in any season. The place is the starting point for excursions to the Mönchgut peninsula with a unique hilly landscape and a varied coastline to the Baltic Sea and the Greifswalder Bodden. Here one can enjoy peace and find a diverse range of culinary options and good shopping opportunities. In Göhren, the terminal station of the Rasender Roland (Racing Roland) is located.

Villa Isenbruck Ground Floor Apartment

Comfortably furnished apartment (bedroom with double bed, large kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, fully equipped stove with induction hob, living room with TV + children's bedroom with bunk bed) on the ground floor with sun terrace and beautiful view of the Kirchberg. Wonderful view from the Kirchberg to the Mönchgut. 5 minutes walk to Edeka or town center with many restaurants and shopping options, 10 minutes to the beach + train station (Rasender Roland). The perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday in the midst of a fantastic landscape! Highly recommended!
