the Kubitzer Bodden stretches 500 m in front of your holiday home. The seemingly endless dyke leads past a small wooded area called Little America.
Directly at the holiday home, at the Lüßvitzer Schöpfwerk, wade fishing is very popular. The breathtaking catch will be the holiday experience without equal! After the closed season, most pike are caught in the shallow waters of the Bodden waters.
On Westrügen, visitor's tax is taboo! Picturesquely embedded in a wide rural Bodden landscape, the northwest is the island of Rügen's pole of tranquillity and strives for gentle tourism. This is where the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park is located. Every year in spring and especially in autumn, tens of thousands of cranes rest here. In order not to disturb the very shy "birds of happiness", special observation sites have been set up. The western part of Rügen, characterised by agriculture, fishing, handicrafts and culture, is still omnipresent today. Farms, country inns, museums and markets invite you to linger. The municipalities of Altefähr, Rambin, Samtens, Dreschvitz, Gingst, Ummanz, Kluis, Trent, Schaprode, Neuenkirchen and the island of Hiddensee belong to West Rügen.

If you love tranquillity and the vastness of the island, this is the place for you
We spent our short holiday there spontaneously with the family and our dogs, 5 of us. The location is very remote and quiet, but that's exactly what we wanted
Nature as far as the eye can see. It is about 35 minutes by car to Binz, so everything is within reason. The nearest Edeka to get bread rolls is 5 minutes by car.
The old barn has been renovated with a lot of love and is very well equipped
The landlady was super nice and very flexible - very familiar. We felt very comfortable and will come again ....
Conclusion : relaxing from everyday life with dog or alone - perfect ??
