Our holiday home is located on the outskirts of Norden (East Frisia) in a quiet cul-de-sac location. The property is exposed.
The nearest supermarket is about 300m away. A few metres further is the main railway station of Norden. The shopping centre "Norder Tor" is approx. 500m away.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is conveniently located as a starting point for excursions of all kinds. The fishing village of Greetsiel can be reached in a few minutes by car. Only 7 km away is the well-known holiday resort of Norden-Norddeich, which offers every possibility for active leisure activities. From there you can visit some East Frisian islands by ferry. Or you can go swimming in the Ocean Wave adventure pool or directly in the North Sea. Miniature golf, a children's playhouse, a seal breeding station and the kite meadow also make Norddeich a popular destination.
From your holiday resort of Süderneuland, you can reach the town of Norden in just a few minutes, which has many different shopping opportunities in store for you. A ride on the museum railway is also worth the experience.
Nearby you will find a petrol station, a golf course (approx. 3 km) or Burger King and many different restaurants in the town of Norden.
Süderneuland I is a district in the south of the town of Norden in East Frisia in north-western Lower Saxony. With almost 3000 inhabitants, Süderneuland I is the second largest district after the core city itself. With the Leegemoor industrial and commercial area, Süderneuland I has by far the largest and most important commercial area in Norden. The Norder railway station is also only a few minutes' walk away.

Traumurlaub
Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen.Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man im Urlaub braucht ,war vorhanden.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend.Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub an der Nordsee verbringen dürfen.

Wohlfühlen hat eine Adresse.
Wir können uns den vorherigen Mietern nur anschließen.
Wohlfühlen von A-Z. Das ganze Haus ist schon gut beschrieben, sodass wir auch noch die netten Nachbarn erwähnen möchten. Ein Auto ist wirklich überflüssig. Fahrräder oder fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.
Vielen Dank nochmals an die Familie Siekemeyer und liebe Grüße aus Aachen.

Ferienhaus gemietet, ein Zuhause bekommen
Wir haben uns für das Ferienhaus entschieden, da alleine die Anfrage sehr schnell beantwortet wurde, und der Kontakt mit Frau Siekemeyer sehr freundlich ist.
Das Haus bietet schon alleine von außen ein tolles Flair, dazu liegt es in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Der Vorgarten ist liebevoll mit Pflanzsteinen und verschiedenen Blumen gestaltet.
Dazu findet man an einer Wand des Hauses zwei schöne Kletterrosen.
Betritt man das Haus, steht man als erstes in einem tollen Flur, der einen direkt einlädt, seine Jacke abzulegen, in die Hausschuhe zu schlüpfen und sich einfach Zuhause zu fühlen.
Die große Küche mit Esszimmer, biete alles was man benötigt, egal ob mal eine Pfanne oder doch nur einen Teelöffel.
Auch ein Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine stehen bereit.
Der Landhausstil des Küchenblockes ist wunderschön ausgewählt worden.
Das große Wohnzimmer, hat neben einer sehr bequemen Couch, sogar einen Schwingsessel, in dem man das ein oder andere Buch bei schlechtem Wetter schnell verschlingt.
Sollte man mal Post an seine liebsten schreiben wollen, findet man im Wohnzimmer noch einen Schreibtisch, mit einem bequemen Rattansessel, auch in diesem kann man mal ein Buch lesen.
Bei schönem Wetter lädt die tolle überdachte Terasse, zu gemütlichen Sonnenstunden ein.
Nach einem tollen Sonnenbad im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder am ca. 7 Kilometer entfernten Norddeich-Strand, kann man sich entweder in der sehr großen Badewanne oder unter der barrierefreien Dusche einfach erfrischen.
Im Obergeschoss biete das Haus zwei sehr gemütliche Schlafräume.
Im großen Schlafzimmer hat man dazu viele Staumöglichkeiten für seine Kleidung.
Das Haus bietet sehr viel Charme, und hat Charakter, wodurch man das Gefühl eines Zuhauses bekommt.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Stadt Norden sind in wenigen Fußminuten gut zu erreichen.
Man kann viel mit dem Fahrrad erledigen.
Und wir empfehlen es sich das Haus zu mieten um zu entspannen.
