The holiday home is conveniently located as a starting point for excursions of all kinds. The fishing village of Greetsiel can be reached in a few minutes by car. Only 7 km away is the well-known holiday resort of Norden-Norddeich, which offers every possibility for active leisure activities. From there you can visit some East Frisian islands by ferry. Or you can go swimming in the Ocean Wave adventure pool or directly in the North Sea. Miniature golf, a children's playhouse, a seal breeding station and the kite meadow also make Norddeich a popular destination.
From your holiday resort of Süderneuland, you can reach the town of Norden in just a few minutes, which has many different shopping opportunities in store for you. A ride on the museum railway is also worth the experience.
Nearby you will find a petrol station, a golf course (approx. 3 km) or Burger King and many different restaurants in the town of Norden.
Süderneuland I is a district in the south of the town of Norden in East Frisia in north-western Lower Saxony. With almost 3000 inhabitants, Süderneuland I is the second largest district after the core city itself. With the Leegemoor industrial and commercial area, Süderneuland I has by far the largest and most important commercial area in Norden. The Norder railway station is also only a few minutes' walk away.

Family vacation
The house has everything you need. The location was quiet, with everything easily accessible by bike (you should be fit for cycling). The house was clean, and the terrace offers plenty of space. The neighbors are friendly.

Traumurlaub
The holiday home exceeded our expectations. Very lovingly furnished and everything you need on vacation was available. The contact with the landlord was excellent. All in all, we were able to spend a very nice holiday on the North Sea.

Feeling good has an address.
We can only agree with the previous tenants. Feeling good from A to Z. The whole house is already well described, so we also want to mention the nice neighbors. A car is really unnecessary. Bicycles or walking distance will get you everything you need for a vacation. Thanks again to the Siekemeyer family and greetings from Aachen.

Rented vacation home, got a home
We chose the holiday home because the inquiry was answered very quickly and the contact with Mrs. Siekemeyer is very friendly. The house already offers a great flair from the outside and is located in a very quiet side street. The front garden is lovingly designed with planting stones and various flowers. In addition, you can find two beautiful climbing roses on one wall of the house. Upon entering the house, one finds oneself firstly in a great hallway that directly invites you to take off your jacket, slip into your slippers, and simply feel at home. The large kitchen with dining area offers everything you need, whether it's a pan or just a teaspoon. A toaster, kettle, and coffee machine are also available. The country-style kitchen block has been beautifully chosen. The spacious living room has a very comfortable couch and even a rocking chair where you can quickly devour a book on rainy days. If you feel like writing a letter to your loved ones, there is also a desk in the living room with a comfortable rattan chair where you can read a book as well. On sunny days, the great covered terrace invites you to relax in the sun. After a great sunbath in the garden, on the terrace, or by the nearby lake, you can relax on the comfortable porch swing with a good book. At the 7 kilometer distant Norddeich beach, you can refresh yourself either in the very large bathtub or under the barrier-free shower.
Upstairs, the house offers two very cozy bedrooms.
In the large bedroom, there are plenty of storage options for clothing.
The house has a lot of charm and character, giving you the feeling of being at home.
The shopping facilities of the town of Norden can be easily reached within a few minutes on foot. You can do a lot with the bicycle. And we recommend renting the house to relax.
