It's okay.
We had booked 1 week in August. + generally nice house
+ good location
+ nice terrace in front + back
+ fireplace
+ air conditioning
+ good contact
+ deer + pheasant + rabbits directly in the front yard, multiple times
- Beds are 120 x 200cm and worn out
- very many spiders inside + outside (removed 12 from living room / kitchen / bedroom on the first night, in 2 of 7 nights some crawled over us while we were falling asleep)
- shower rather functional in the passage room of the extension
- pictures of the house are no longer current, for example, the front is... a terrace, partially different furniture than in the pictures
- dull kitchen knives
- a lot of mosquitoes, so sitting outside is not fun
- expensive electricity, €0.95 per kWh, significantly cheaper in other houses, up to half
- expensive final cleaning at €150, but since it's optional, it's okay for us
All in all, we had a good vacation, but the nights were uncomfortable because the beds were very small and worn out. This + the spiders are the main reasons why we would not book this house again. In the construction of the house (by the shower), there is a second room with a wooden floor; under the floorboards is "forest floor," which naturally brings spiders into the house, so the door is closed.
In general, however, it was very cozily furnished, and with new beds and, for example, fly screens on the windows, we would have been completely happy.

Schönes Häuschen
Superbly located cottage near Sønderstrand. Very lovingly furnished, so we felt very comfortable.

Pentecost 2016
I was at this house for the second time. My husband "was allowed" to come with me during Whitsun. He also liked the house very much. The furnishings are really good and the whole house is lovingly decorated. The nice and uncomplicated contact with Lone allowed us to have a spontaneous short break.
Only the bed could be a bit wider for us, as we are used to it differently at home... but cuddling is nice ;-) We will definitely come back!

Great mother-daughter vacation
My daughter (18) and I (46) spent a great week in this truly beautiful holiday home. Everything is decorated with great attention to detail! We didn't miss anything. The kitchen equipment is very good. The contact was very nice and uncomplicated. We would love to come back to this lovely house.

Very beautiful house in a great environment!
From the very first moment, we felt "at home" in this house! It has everything you could wish for in a relaxing vacation. The furnishing has a loving, personal touch. Starting from the many pictures to the living room setup and even the technical side with various German TV channels.
Even during this season, we could sit outside a bit and enjoy the clever terraces. In the morning, 2-3 deer regularly greeted us directly in front of the property. The path to the beach is not far and kite-buggy driving is really great. The buggy can also be stored in the carport - ideal for us. Another plus point for us was that smoking was not allowed in the house. The way to the shops or the harbor is easy to do by bike or on foot. All in all, it was a very successful short break in this house, which we can highly recommend! We also appreciated the uncomplicated contact with the Danish landlord. We will definitely come back here for vacation!

- Betten sind 120 x 200cm und durchgelegen
- sehr viele Spinnen drinnen + draußen (ersten Abend 12 aus Wohnraum / Küche / Schlafzimmer entfernt, in 2 von 7 Nächten sind welche über uns gekrabbelt als wir am einschlafen waren)
- Dusche eher zweckmäßig im Durchgangszimmer des Anbaus
- Bilder des Hauses nicht mehr aktuell, vorne ist z.b. eine Terasse, teilweise andere Möbel als auf den Bildern
- stumpfe Küchenmesser
- sehr viele Mücken, so macht draußen sitzen keinen Spaß
- teurer Strom, 0,95€ pro KwH, in anderen Häusern erheblich günstiger bis die Hälfte
- teure Endreinigung mit 150€, aber da optional für uns ok
Alles in allen hatten wir einen guten Urlaub, aber die Nächte waren unangenehm da die Betten sehr klein und durchgelegen waren. Das + die Spinnen dann auch der Hauptgrund warum wir dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen würden. Im Anbau des Hauses (bei der Dusche) befindet sich ein zweiter Raum mit Dielenboden, unter den Dielen ist "Waldboden" natürlich kommen so Spinnen ins Haus, also Tür zu.
Generell war es aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit neuen Betten und z.b. Fliegengittern an den Fenstern wären wir rundum glücklich gewesen.
Einzig das Bett könnte für uns etwas breiter sein, da wir es von zu Hause anders kennen.... aber kuscheln ist ja schön ;-)
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Der Kontakt war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Gerne kommen wir wieder in dieses schöne Haus.
Selbst zu dieser Jahreszeit konnten wir ein wenig draußen sitzen und die pfiffigen Terassen nutzen. Morgens begrüßten uns regelmäßig 2-3 Rehe direkt vor dem Grundstück. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und zum Kite-Buggy fahren wirklich super. In dem Carport lässt sich auch der Buggy unterstellen- für uns ideal. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war für uns, dass in dem Haus nicht geraucht wurde. Der Weg zum Einkaufen oder auch zum Hafen ist mit Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuss gut zu machen.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub in diesem Haus, welches wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können! Auch der unkomplizierte Kontakt zur dänischen Vermieterin hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder hier Urlaub machen!
