Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a small, picturesque village called Zakinji (7 km from the center of the nearest town of Umag). Very quiet, sunny position. 2 km to the sea. 1000m² Land area (fenced). Restaurant and supermarket km. Umag is a Croatian town and port on the northwestern coast of Istria, a few kilometers from the Croatian-Slovenian border. It is a well-known business and tourist center. Umag is 40 km away from Trieste and 50 nautical miles from Venice.
Umag is also a haven for active vacationers. Besides tennis, the most popular sport in this area, travelers are also numerous other sports allows: swimming, football, golf, diving, horse riding, sailing, cycling, surfing, walking, water, bowling, jogging and more.
In the old town there is the also an extensive cultural offer for interested travelers: theaters, concerts, wine festivals, exhibitions, markets, etc.
The surrounding convinced by the rich natural and tourist-friendly towns.
Aqua Park Istralandia is only thirteen kilometers from the house. Istralandia is the best new park in Europe and offers 20 different slides with more than kilometers riding surface.

Very beautiful holiday
The house is in a quiet location, very well equipped, very well maintained, lovingly furnished and clean.
There were 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children with 3 and 5 years)
Very nice German speaking landlord.
The property is fully lockable, the ideal place for children to play.
The nearest beach is also ideal for small children and babies, as there is a baby pool.
We can recommend the holiday home.
