Beautiful bright holiday flats. Balcony or terrace facing the sun (south). Here you can enjoy the sun all day long and relax.
The living rooms have modern furnishings, a large dining table, a cosy sofa corner (can also be used as a sofa bed) and digital satellite TV / radio / CD / DVD.
LAN / W-LAN is available.
Very well-equipped kitchens with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave (incl. grill) and refrigerator with freezer compartment invite you to spoil your palate.
Our flat on the upper floor has 2 separate bathrooms, each with shower and WC. The flat on the ground floor has 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
The bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, can be supplemented with an extra bed / cot on request.
Beach toys / high chair are available.
Our flats are non-smoking flats, pets are not allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our flats have a quiet and central location.
It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to walk to the town centre or to the main bathing beach (Nordbad). Norderney has been a state spa since 1797. Population: approx. 6000. The island is 14.5 km long and approx. 26 km² in size.
During the summer months you can take the car ferry from Norddeich to Norderney every hour. You can either park your car on the mainland or bring it to the island.

The well-located holiday apartment offers both proximity to the town and the beach in a quiet location, so a car is unnecessary. The good facilities and reliable support additionally convince.
