Description
The holiday flat (non-smoking flat!) for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor of our detached house built in 1995 (non-smoking house) with balcony. The flat is approx. 56 m² and consists of:
Hallway
Living room
Bedroom
Kitchen
Bathroom
There is balcony furniture on the balcony.
The flat is fully equipped with satellite TV, radio, electric cooker, fridge combination, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc
Please note that the flat can only be rented for 3 nights or more and without animals. Furthermore, we would like to point out that this is a non-smoking flat in a non-smoking house/property and that no overlapping of arrival and departure on the same day is possible. Due to the Corona pandemic, an additional occupancy-free day after departure is required until further notice. We ask for your understanding!
Wi-Fi is available by arrangement between 8am and 2pm.

Location and surroundings of object
A warm welcome to Dresden, the capital of Saxony.
The holiday flat is located in a quiet residential area in the west of Dresden with a view of the adjacent landscape conservation area "Zschoner Grund". The distance to the city centre is about 15 minutes by car (depending on the traffic situation). Alternatively, there is a public transport connection available. You can reach the old town of Dresden in about 25 minutes by public transport. The holiday flat is well-kept, cosy, close to nature and yet close to the city centre, making it an ideal starting point for a variety of excursions. We recommend the world-famous sights of the city of Dresden, but also the sights around Dresden, such as Meißen, Moritzburg, Pillnitz, Elbe Sandstone Mountains (Saxon Switzerland), Ore Mountains, Tharandt Forest. The reservoir in Niederwartha is a public outdoor swimming pool and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. A public natural outdoor swimming pool is located in Zschoner Grund approx. 15 min. by foot through Zschoner Grund.

Arrive and feel at home
Mrs. Müller is a wonderful, attentive, and warm-hearted landlord. The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing; you just need to bring your personal belongings! The apartment is located on the edge of a quiet residential area; for trips to the city center, you can leave the car and conveniently take the bus and train. Bus stop around the corner. We will come back, as the charming surroundings could not be explored in just a few days. We wish Mrs. Müller all the best. Best regards!

That's how one would like to spend their vacation!
Even on the phone, a warm host surprised us.
This impression was confirmed when we arrived and remained until our farewell.
Mrs. Müller is a perfect landlord, whose warmth is unparalleled.
The furnishings of the holiday apartment leave nothing to be desired and are in excellent condition, very well-maintained and clean.

We can only recommend this accommodation. We were greeted very nicely and warmly upon arrival and felt right at home. The holiday apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The balcony invited us to relax and have coffee. We are always happy to return to Mrs. Müller in Dresden.
Dresden and the surrounding area still have so much to offer us.

Perfektes Zuhause auf Zeit
Difficult to top this vacation rental: optimal transport connections, only 5 minutes to public transport or a highway, yet very quiet rural surroundings with wonderful walking paths, sun from early morning to late evening, which you can enjoy on the two-sided balcony, very pleasant, tastefully and practically furnished rooms, perfectly equipped kitchen and last but not least, the extremely warm and helpful host couple Müller. Although we are very experienced in vacation rentals, this apartment is at the top of our "best-of" list!
