Our outlying from mass tourism Villa Mali Kosi is the ideal starting point for explorers and nature lovers, for art lovers, hikers and boaters.
Among the most beautiful beaches in Istria, the Girandellabuchten, go about 6 km through idyllic nature towards Rabac. Directly from Mali Kosi from a lovely hiking path to Rabac, pure with great sea view and nature.
Walking time about 1 hour.
Our new house in the modern Istrian style is equipped with 2 Schlafräumen- Conditioned to cool or warm, a bathroom / WC and guest WC and a beautiful, open living area with fireplace invites you to enjoy.
3 LCD televisions with satellite channels provide entertainment, just a DVD recorder. Our modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is well equipped.

The villa has three wonderful terraces, a barbecue terrace with open grill and a breakfast terrace with unique views of the Kvarner Bay.
The pool terrace with saltwater pool is perfect for relaxing, relax and just enjoy.
Of all the rooms and terraces you can experience sea, wherever you look! Along the Mediterranean coast there are very few places with such an overwhelming sea views as of the village of Mali Kosi.
With a location 250 meters above sea level you have a grandiose view of the numerous islands off the coast. Mali Kosi is Rabac on the east coast of the beautiful peninsula of Istria, immersed in the warm waters of the Adriatic Sea. Rarely nature has been so generous. Not only to Rabac itself, but also in numerous bays and coves which have been awarded for their excellent water quality with the blue flag, you can find joy. Thither lead trails and paths through the enchanting smell of the vegetation along the sea.

A paradise on Earth
Simply a beautiful and ingenious house. Pure solitude and tranquility. We have recovered very well at Villa Hölzl and can highly recommend it. Vesna, the on-site coordinator, is wonderful! She has an answer for everything and helps at any time. The view is fantastic, we couldn't get enough of the view of the Adriatic Sea.

Well-maintained holiday home with beautiful furnishings and breathtaking views.
Quiet, well-kept, well-equipped holiday home with a large pool and outdoor shower. Very nice contact with the landlady, as well as good support on site. Helpful tips and important information about the stay, surroundings, and current regulations provided by the landlady. All in all, a beautiful place to relax and recharge.
The only point of criticism is the lack of bath and hand towels in the house. These would be helpful for 4 people. Otherwise, everything is great.
Ideal vacation spot for those seeking peace and quiet.
