Come in, feel at home and enjoy unforgettable holidays in our barrier-free 3-star holiday home behind the dyke, bordering meadows and horse pastures and yet only a few minutes' walk from the picturesque cutter harbour
We invite you to escape from everyday life in the peace and serenity of the north
Our house was completed in 2012 and lovingly furnished according to individual needs. Stepless entrance, barrier-free rooms, a folding wheelchair, wide doors, a floor-level extra-large shower with chair, a bathtub, wheelchair-accessible washbasin, two height-adjustable beds and a beautiful covered terrace allow especially wheelchair users and seniors unrestricted movement.
But we have also thought of our younger guests. In the cosy children's room in the attic with a view of the harbour, you can dream of the next adventure in the North Sea lagoon, the play barn, crab fishing or pirate beach.
Two highchairs, a changing table, children's dishes, a baby cot (wooden cot), an additional cot, a toilet attachment, various toys and plenty of room to move around on our 800 m² property contribute to a safe and pleasant stay. A small playground in the immediate vicinity rounds off our offer.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds and three single beds in the children's room offer space for up to 7 people and a baby. 3 TV sets (one in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the children's room on the first floor), washing machine, handcart, garden furniture, barbecue and enough parking spaces at the house are available for our guests.
In our modern kitchen you will find a microwave, dishwasher, electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle.
To allow allergy sufferers to use our house, we unfortunately have to refuse to bring dogs and smoking. The floors are tiled, in the living room and bathroom with floor heating, the bedrooms have laminate flooring, upstairs there is carpeting. We look forward to your visit and wish you a pleasant stay!

Where the North Sea begins, the holiday begins. Nestled between the Jade Bay, the North Sea and the Weser - that's where Butjadingen is. A peninsula embraced by the water and pampered by the sun. The water shapes the landscape and life. Explore Butjadingen by bike, by tram or on the excursion boat Wega II, or take a trip to Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven or Helgoland. Fedderwardersiel is located in the north of the Butjadingen peninsula, which belongs to the federal state of Lower Saxony. Holiday homes are the basis for any kind of holiday. Whether with the family, as a relaxation seeker or even as an active holidaymaker, everyone gets their money's worth here.
Relax while fishing or on a hike through the mudflats. Discover the incomparable, treasured nature of the North Sea. The idyllic harbour of Fedderwardersiel with its listed houses is just waiting for you. Take the WEGA II out to the seal banks. Afterwards, the Museum Nationalparkhaus Fedderwardersiel will inform you about the history of the landscape and its settlement, as well as about the National Park itself.
To make sure the children don't miss out, there is a play barn that entertains the little ones with lots of activities. The FFN Nordseelagune is located about 15 minutes' walk from our house. The bathing and play paradise with water castle, rope ferry and climbing ship is waiting to be conquered by the little pirates.

A very nice and relaxing holiday
We felt super comfortable in the holiday home. During Corona you should pack soap and guest towels.
As you can find in the description, everything your heart desires is available. The only thing we missed was a cheese grater ;-) Thank you very much for the great week and in your house. The surroundings and location are ideal for exploring the town and neighbouring villages (also by bike).

A beautiful holiday home with potential for improvement
What we liked very much
+ Quiet idyllic location
+ Large bathroom (handicapped accessible)
+ Beautifully furnished rooms
+ Enough parking spaces
+ Beautiful terrace with a view of the greenery
What we did not like:
- No fly screens on the windows (very many flies because of the proximity to the horse pasture)
- No WLAN
- Not enough dishes (5 soup plates for 6 people) The dishwasher has to be run after almost every meal
- Hardly any rubbish bins available (only one small one in the kitchen for max. 2 people) A yellow bag would not have been bad either
- At the first shower there's a little "flooding" because the shower drain was already clogged and not cleaned. Basically, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. (You also pay for the final cleaning)
