The house has been completely renovated and refurnished by us in recent years.
On the property you will find enough space to park your car safely. At the back you will find the garden with a sitting area, a fireplace grill, a lawn for sunbathing and swinging possibilities.
The beach, which is only about 150 m away, can be reached easily on foot.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located two kilometres east of the town centre. The beach, which is only about 150 m away, can be reached easily on foot. A grocery shop and a few restaurants ( with free wifi) are in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached quickly on foot.
Balatonlelle is located on the southern shore of the lake and is one of the most popular holiday resorts on Lake Balaton. The inhabitants are joined every year by thousands of visitors who spend their summer holidays here.
In the hot summer months from June to September, Lake Balaton is a crowd puller for locals and tourists from all over Europe.

Nice accommodation within walking distance to the beach
Clean accommodation equipped with everything necessary.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, and exchange offices are available in sufficient numbers.
Very friendly welcome with valuable tips for the stay.
The beach, which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (free of charge), is well-maintained with a snack bar and toilets.
It was a relaxing holiday for us.

Pure relaxation
We had a great time and can highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing holiday.
Many thanks to our landlord and the family. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. From the beginning the contact was always there, all questions were answered promptly

Summer holiday 2021
We spent a great holiday in Balatonlelle and felt very comfortable in the flat. The landlords are very friendly and always concerned about the well-being of their guests. We will definitely come again.

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kleinkinder ( 2 jahre und 8 Monate) nach Ungarn gereist. Für uns war das Ferienhaus völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ok, gute 20 min. zu Fuß und man war in der Stadt. Zum See waren es etwa 10 min. (mit Kinderwagen).
Auch an die häufig vorbeifahrenden Züge gewöhnt man sich recht schnell.
Der kleine Garten mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und Schaukelmöglichkeit lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Top Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen Urlaub.Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen,die Lage ist super nah am Wasser,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe,der Hausmeister jederzeit für Fragen vor Ort.Unsere Tochter war begeistert von der Katze.. :-)
Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Grill und uns hat die Bahn dahinter nicht gestört.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage
Im Juni 2019 waren wir für 1 Woche als Familie mit einem Kleinkind (1 ½ Jahre) im Ferienhaus untergebracht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man in 5-10 min am Wasser und in 10-15 min die ersten Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Post, usw.) erreichen konnte. Die vorbeifahrenden Züge waren für unseren Sohn ein Highlight und wir haben uns nach 1-2 Tagen sehr gut daran gewöhnt. Der Garten ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgruppe, Schaukel und Grill ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Es fehlte uns an nichts, denn selbst Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine stand schon für uns bereit. Gut fanden wir, dass es sowohl Außenjalousien als auch Fliegengitter gab. Der Hausmeister ist freundlich und konnte uns jederzeit weiterhelfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten.
Wir können die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wir selbst werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Holiday 2018
We would like to thank you again, we were already with you last year in the neighbouring house and were so satisfied that this year we travelled with friends to use both houses. The children had a lot of space in the property and a lot of fun with the swings. It is not even 5 minutes to the water ....There is nothing to criticise about the house, everything is there.....We will be happy to come back again ...best regards

Beautiful holiday
The house is modern and very well furnished by Hungarian standards. We personally lacked nothing (except for a barbecue tong ;-) ). The outdoor area is well maintained and very cosy. We really enjoyed using the seating area. The railway station directly behind was not disturbing for us. Lake Balaton is only a few minutes' walk away
The landlord took the time to show us typical local specialities.
The restaurant Vitorlas is highly recommended. It is located in the centre of Balatonlelle, 2 km away, and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes.

beautiful holiday home with ideal beach location
Very nice semi-detached house with small garden and sitting area. The Hollywood swing invites you to relax and there are two swings for children. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. The railway line runs directly behind the garden and was not disturbing for us. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The furniture is as good as new and everything is clean and well maintained. Toaster, oven and Senseo coffee maker (we didn't use it because we had our own coffee maker with us) available. TV in the second bedroom with German channels (RTL, VOX, Super RTL, ARD, MDR and many more). A child-friendly restaurant is three houses away. The centre of Lelle is a pleasant half-hour walk away. For us, it was a nice and relaxing stay and we would like to come back :-)

Badeurlaub
Waren sehr positiv vom Haus überrascht! Ausstattung ist sehr gut und neuwertig!!! Schöne Sitzecke im Garten, wo man schön essen kann, Grill, Hollywoodschaukel und 2 Schaukeln für Kinder sind auch vorhanden. Zum Strand läuft man keine 5min. Empfehlenswertes Restaurant 3 Häuser entfernt.
Können das Haus mit guten gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden gerne auch wieder hier Urlaub machen!
