The house has a large kitchen and dining room on the ground floor. There is also a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one of which has direct access to another bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Furthermore, there is the large living room, from which you also have access to the roof terrace. Another room (study, additional room, storage room) can be reached from there.
In total, the house offers at least 6 sleeping places. Due to the additional room, 2 more sleeping places can be provided if needed.

In the heart of Birgelen, a district of Wassenberg in the Heinsberg district, a 95 m² detached house with a cosy roof terrace awaits you. To the north of the village are the Effelder Waldsee, the Ophovener Wald and the Birgelner Wald. To the west is the Elsum moated castle.
