Description

The vacation house in Leinsweiler is located right at the edge of the forest. The beautiful old chestnut trees behind the vacation house create an incomparable atmosphere; the garden and the forest offer plenty of opportunities for children to play.

The fully equipped vacation house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player, high-quality sound system, dishwasher, and much more. For rainy days, there are books, games, and DVDs. In the garden, there is a shaded seating area at the edge of the forest and a sun terrace in the lower part of the garden. There is also a spacious wooden balcony at the house and a private parking space. The living area on the ground floor is equipped with oiled oak parquet flooring.

Numerous castles and castle taverns also await to be hiked and discovered by you.
Ideal also for families with children. The holiday village is located away from major roads in a quiet valley and the forest starts right at the front door.

Location and surroundings of object

Directly behind the holiday home, which is located in a quiet valley near the village, begins the Palatinate Forest Nature Park with all its possibilities for hiking, climbing or visiting one of the many huts for delicious food and drink. The Slevogthof (restaurant, cafe, lookout point and museum) is only a few minutes' walk from the house. The holiday home is located in Leinsweiler, a beautiful winegrowing village near Landau. Numerous wine taverns invite you to linger - the location on the edge of the forest makes it the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions into the Palatinate Forest.
The castles Trifels and Annebosch are within 30 minutes walking distance.
Alsace, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Strasbourg and the technology museums in Speyer and Sinsheim are within easy reach. Landau (10 minutes by car) has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a zoo and a reptilarium. The area offers plenty of opportunities to get closer to the culinary side of the Palatinate.

Cancellation terms:

Cancellations up to 1 month before the start of the booking are possible with a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit (100€). For a later cancellation, 75% of the rental price will be charged, unless we are able to rent out the holiday home to someone else. However, we are generally flexible and open to discussion.
