Cozy living and dining area: The heart of the house is the lovingly furnished room with a fireplace for comfortable evenings and access to the large southwest-facing balcony. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Palatinate Forest! Fully equipped kitchen: Whether you want to cater for yourself (dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer available) or discover the culinary diversity of the Palatinate in the nearby wineries and restaurants: Here you have the choice.
Two separate bedrooms: On the upper floor, two comfortable double beds await you for a restful sleep.
Modern shower room: For a fresh start to the day. Spacious, fenced outdoor area (1m high): A paradise for dogs, who can romp to their heart’s content here.
Air conditioning: For pleasant temperatures even on warm days.
Hospitality that comes from the heart – included services: Towels, bed linen, water consumption, internet use, and calls to the German landline are included in the rental price. Your personal consumption of gas and electricity is also already covered. Optional final cleaning: We are happy to take care of the final cleaning for a fee of €90.
Security deposit: €200.00 is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets warmly welcome: For your beloved four-legged friend we charge a flat rate of €49/week per animal.
Firewood: Available on request and for an additional charge.

Cancellation terms:
Rental & Cancellation Conditions: Your booking becomes binding once we have provided written confirmation. To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the rental price (minimum €100) is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival. The holiday home is available to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. A security deposit of €200 is to be paid upon arrival. The house is intended for the number of people booked. Pets are warmly welcome by prior arrangement. Cancellation: Should something come up, the following rules apply: Up to 60 days before arrival, 30% of the rental price will be charged. After that, 100% of the rental price will be charged. Of course, we will make every effort to re-let the property in such cases. If we succeed, we will refund any amounts already paid on a pro-rata basis (95%). We recommend taking out travel cancellation or interruption insurance to protect yourself in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
