The 40 sqm holiday flat is located in the cosy village of Karby. You can reach the Baltic Sea in less than 7 minutes or the Schlei in 3 minutes
The flat has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening hours
On the other side of the garden you will find a terrace with seating furniture.
The kitchen has been lovingly designed. A modern kitchenette was equipped with everything you need for your holiday.
The newly renovated living room offers a comfortable sofa bed, which allows you to use our holiday flat even with 3 people.
The bathroom in the holiday flat is bright and equipped with a large shower. In addition to the underfloor heating, an electric towel radiator provides cosy warmth even on cooler days.
Enjoy a wonderful time at the Baltic Sea.

The bright holiday flat is located in a quiet side street. It is located in our house on the 1st floor and can be reached via a separate entrance. Parking space is available. The small village of Karby is less than 4 km away from Kappeln, between the beautiful Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Here you will find a bakery, a small grocery shop, a dentist's office, a general practitioner's office, a veterinarian's office, two kindergartens, a primary school, a playground and restaurants.
You can easily cycle to the Baltic Sea beach in Schönhagen or to the Schleistrand in Arnis.

We would choose the vacation apartment again and again.
A very nicely furnished vacation apartment. It is located in a quiet area. The balcony invites you to a cozy end of the day. Our landlords were very helpful and friendly. We would always choose this vacation apartment again.
