we offer you the comfortable log house + guest house, a sailing yacht and a licence-free dinghy with outboard motor. Larger motor boats can also be rented.

The house is equipped for 4 persons + 2 persons in the guest house. All windows in double glazing, with gas central heating and 6 radiators. Modern bathroom with corner bath and shower. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, bread oven, fridge with ***freezer and of course a coffee machine. (Senseo)
The open plan living area includes two sofas, a dining table for 6 people and plenty of space.
Flat TV satellite, DVD player, mini stereo and VHS video recorder are available.
The WLAN (bookable separately) from the neighbouring marina works perfectly and quickly.
In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a double bed.
In addition, there is a sleeping possibility for two persons in the gable of the house incl. Flat-TV Satellite.
Guest house with solid bunk bed, which can be divided and used as a double bed. The guest house is equipped with electric heating, double glazing, table and two chairs, a few cupboards and satellite TV. (no bathroom in the guest house)
Behind the guest house is the covered slipway for jet skis and motor boats.
At the jetty we have provided nice deckchairs to enjoy the sunset directly at the water. For anglers, there is a seating area at the jetty, so that you can fish in the fish-rich waters.
On the east-facing veranda you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun!

Additionally or separately rentable from the house is also the inflatable boat JAGO Aluboden with 4-Tec 4PS outboard motor,

The motorboat / inflatable boat with aluminium floor is designed for 5 people and can be driven without a licence. With two "light" persons (adult + child), the boat can even glide :-)

The house is located directly on Brekker sea, you go over the big Brekken directly to the IJsselmeer. Many channels the Tjeukemeer, Heeger and sea Slooter sea and other seas are connected. You will receive a refund of half the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
