The holiday home Schwallenberg IV/V enjoys a prime location on the outskirts of Adenau. The building is also suitable for your holiday with different generations due to the separate flats (SB IV + V). ("common holiday destination in a holiday home - combined with the possibility, however, to also be able to "withdraw")
The upper flat (SB IV) with 2 balconies is divided into 2 bedrooms (DZ), living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms (each with shower/WC) as well as hallways. Including the sofa bed in the living room, there are 5 sleeping places.
In the lower flat (SB V) there is a living room with kitchen, 1 bedroom (double room), 1 bathroom (shower/WC). The flat is suitable for (up to) 3 persons (double room and sofa bed in the living room).
Sauna, WC, shower, solarium and washing machine are available for common use on the ground floor (for a fee)
Both flats are tastefully and modernly furnished (with appropriate technical equipment).

The holiday homes as well as the flats in Adenau are located on the outskirts of the town (close to the forest), situated on large, park-like plots of land, which you are welcome to use - be it for walks on laid-out footpaths, to look at the variety of plants or also to relax by the garden pond, in the tea house, on the lawn, etc. Adenau, situated in the heart of the Hocheifel, is a lively, tradition-conscious and at the same time cosmopolitan small town. The market square in the centre is characterised by half-timbered houses. Today, Adenau has a population of approx. In this small town with flair there are numerous localities and shops that invite you to stroll and shop.
