Are you looking for peace and quiet? Are you looking for nature?
We offer our weekend house in absolute tranquillity situated on the edge of the forest on a 2000m² plot. A kitchen, a large living room with satellite TV and wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed, shower/WC, an outdoor terrace and an annex with a 2nd bedroom with a 2.00m x 1.60m double bed await you. This room has no direct access to the bathroom. Your dog is also welcome. The property is fenced. A car parking space is in front of the property.
Rental period: May to September high season. October to April winter season (heating period)

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located directly on a paved forest road, approx. 400 m outside Badenhard. It is 8 km to the Rhine ( Oberwesel). On the other side of the Rhine is the Loreley. Koblenz is 40 km away, Mainz 50 km. The Moselle is about 30 km away. Badenhard is a small village in the Vorderhunsrück.

Holiday home at the Cat Tree

We spent a very nice vacation at the Ferienhaus zum Katzenbaum with our grandchildren at the beginning of August. For our grandchildren and our dog, it was an adventure vacation. Right by the forest with great hiking trails, it was a relaxing vacation. We all had a lot of fun.

Short vacation

We spent a beautiful short vacation in the cat tree. Ideal for relaxing and feeling good. Hiking trails for smaller or larger tours right outside the front door. The cottage has everything you need during a vacation. It is wonderfully quiet on an unseen, completely fenced plot. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back.

Super beautiful and highly recommended

We spent a few really wonderful days in the cat tree. The equipment was completely sufficient for us, the garden is really well fenced and the landscape is great... We recommend the nearby zoo and the great hiking trails "Traumschleifchen", also very doable for inexperienced hikers and just beautiful. A really successful holiday for us and the dogs, we would like to come again.

House in an incredibly beautiful location

We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Also a paradise for our dogs who could romp around in the fenced property.

The perfect holiday for two- and four-legged friends

Cozily furnished holiday home and a great fenced property! We had a really nice time and our 3 dogs also felt comfortable right away. The hiking options directly from the house or the marked circular hiking trails from the surrounding villages are beautiful! The landlords have prepared a lot of information material and literature about the area in the holiday home. Anyone who doesn't relax there is to blame themselves!

Fantastic!

The location is simply fantastic! The property is completely fenced and dog-proof. Our 3 four-legged boys enjoyed the week to the fullest, and so did we. In and around the cabin, you can find everything you need for life (we have never slept so well in a foreign bed). Everything is clean, and the landlords were very nice :) You simply feel comfortable and can completely leave everyday life behind and relax. That was exactly the plan - and it worked out 100%! Thank you very much for the wonderful time! We will definitely come back ;)

Vicinity of the holiday home: Herrliche Waldrandlage. Die Nachbarn (die ein Stück entfernt sind und von denen man fast nichts mitbekommt) waren unheimlich nett, wenn man doch mal jemanden gesehen hat. Sehr hundefreundliche Umgebung. Der Ort an sich ist angenehm ruhig - genau das richtige um abzuschalten!

free time activities: Wunderschöne Umgebung. Die Loreley und der Rhein sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Hier gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten seinen Urlaub zu genießen - Deutschland ist so schön!!

shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Stück entfernt (ca. 10km). Allerdings nimmt man das gerne in Kauf, dafür hat man im Ferienort und im Haus absolute Ruhe :)
