Description
Very beautiful, solid house certified with 4 stars by the DTV for many years (until 10/2024 inclusive) (approx. 110 sqm) on two full floors with more than 50 sqm of balcony and terrace area and 1200 sqm of natural grounds, located directly by the forest, with a view into the upper Eder Valley. The house has been extensively renovated in recent years and, among other things, equipped with two new bathrooms. Wi-Fi is available.
On the upper floor there is a living room, the kitchen, and a small bedroom. The living room has a large window front with a fantastic view of the valley and the Sackpfeife, the highest mountain in the region. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV, a fireplace/Bullerjan, a sofa corner, and a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.
In the bedroom there is a bunk bed. On the lower floor there is a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub, another living room with a pull-out sofa (sleeping area 1.80x2m) and a workspace, as well as another bedroom.
The bathroom with bathtub has a bathtub with integrated shower section, a double washbasin, toilet, and washing machine. In the shower room you will find a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet.
In the bedroom there is a double bed as well as sufficient closets for storing clothes. In the lower living room there is another satellite TV.
We have also equipped the house with an extensive collection of board games, Lego, and books.
In front of the house you will find two open spaces for parking cars.
The balconies are positioned so that from early morning until late evening there is always a sunny or, if desired, shady spot. A grill is available.
The property is partly wooded, natural, and quite steeply sloped. Firewood is available in sufficient quantity.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house.
It is also ideally suited for workation – you will find peace and relaxation and at the same time have the opportunity to work there for an extended period.

Excursion options in the nearby area: Rothaarsteig, Bad Berleburg, Biedenkopf, Marburg, Winterberg, Hallenberg, Bad Laasphe, hang gliding, Battenberg, Allendorf, Frankenberg (Eder) and much more – for hiking, discovering pretty towns and places, enjoying, shopping, and much more.

Holiday cottage Sackpfeifenblick
A spacious, clean and perfectly equipped or very tastefully furnished holiday home with extensive terraces/balconies and great distant views.
The furnishings and the generous layout of the house leave almost nothing to be desired.
This is an excellent location to find peace and relaxation.

Very quiet holiday
We found it very positive that we were left completely alone. So you could have a very relaxing holiday in seclusion. There was no telephone and we had no mobile phone reception. We are writing this because it was absolutely beautiful for us. Thank you very much, also for the nice contact, both before and after the holiday.
