The house is part of a small fenced domain of 11 houses with communal pool surrounded by a tropical garden and this at 300m of the sandy beaches of the mar menor.
The house is new build in 2013.

In front of the house you have an offroad parking, coming into the house you have a fully equiped kitchen, two doublebed bedrooms, a dining and livingspace, a bathroom with bath and a terrace with small garden.
Everything is fenced and therefore safe for children.
On the upperfloor you have a bedroom with two single beds, a shower with toilet and a large sunroofterrace.

Los Urrutias is a small town located near the Mar menor seaside where you don't have high buildings nor masstourism but where you have all amenities such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, sportfacilities and sandy beaches.

At 6 km in Los Nietos you have a trainstation bringing you to Cartagena.
Here you can find the nearest pinmachine to pick up money.

Los urrutias is only 20 km away from the airport San Javier(Murcia) and 100km away from the airport Alicante.

At 20km of the house you find the historical harbour town Cartagena where cruiseships arrive in the harbour and where you can see the roman remains.

At 45 km you have Murcia with his cathedral and shops.

At 50 km you can find the Sierra espuna where you admire the nature on foot, by bike or even by quad.
