Important information in advance. Neither the San Juan de Capistrano Resort nor the holiday flat are located directly on the motorway. It only looks that way because the motorway runs deep down in the tunnel under the resort. Here, however, you can expect only a seaside idyll and a nature park in a wonderful hillside location - and many tropical gardens. You can partly see the railway in the distance, but it usually has no effect. This garden complex is known for its idyllic and dream location above Nerja's centre.
Your light-flooded holiday flat is located on the edge of the picturesque holiday complex San Juan de Capistrano in Nerja - below the nature park.
The flat is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer etc.), 3 air-conditioning units (2x bedroom, 1x living room), 3 flat-screen TVs with all German channels (digital ASTRA), Netflix (account already paid), a beautiful 30 m² south-facing terrace with its own mini-pool on the terrace.
And for the cooler season, even underfloor heating in all rooms - in addition to the wall-mounted energy-saving heaters.
The resort's beautiful large pool area with rock island and small waterfalls is open at least from the weekend before Easter until 31 October and offers a wonderful sea view, a separate baby pool with more sunbathing areas and one to four pool restaurants/bars - depending on the season.

Andalusia as you imagine it. Balmy southern nights, azure Mediterranean, endless olive plantations and flocks of goats ringing bells. This is a holiday to relax. Your holiday flat is located in a region where all this comes true. You can expect the best infrastructure (shopping, strolling, sightseeing) combined with Andalusian originality only a few minutes away by car. Even from your own terrace, you can see the natural beauty of the area at every moment.
By the way, in this corner of Andalusia the cost of living such as eating out, supermarket shopping etc. is much cheaper than in many regions of Germany. a place that in Germany is partly still rather an insider tip, just as a holiday in beautiful Andalusia is. Nerja has 5 bathing beaches directly in the village (Burriana beach 3 minutes by car) and about 10 minutes by car to the east there are also some sensational natural beaches in the Cerro Gordo nature reserve. Nerja itself, with its beautiful beaches, the famous stalactite caves, the beautiful old town and the Balcon de Europa, is an absolute holiday gem - one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the Costa del Sol. In winter, there is still half the summer tourism here, so this place is never (Mallorca-like) deserted. In general, however, tourism is niczt too crowded, you won't find real mass tourism or bed castles here. The very unspoilt hinterland can be reached in a few minutes by car. You can discover new scenic routes on your tours here every day.
Wonderful excursions (all within 90 to 360 minutes by car) take you to Granada with its world-famous Alhambra, Seville, Jerez de la Frontera with its horses and famous sherry, Cordoba with its mosque and to Cabo de Gata in a desert-like area with salt lakes and flamingos.
Malaga itself, with its Picasso Museum, the Gibralfaro and the good shopping opportunities, is also always worth a short trip at only 45 minutes by car.
