There are two holiday flats in the detached house, which can be reached via separate entrances.
The comfortably furnished flat on the ground floor is 75 m² in size and consists of a living/dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, hallway, shower/WC and a covered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
Both bedrooms consist of a double bed (200x 180), night consoles and wardrobe. A washing machine is available in the house. Car parking spaces, barbecue and sunbathing lawn are available on the approx. 500 m² property. In addition to the central heating, there is a wood-burning stove in the living room for long cosy winter evenings.
The flat has no children's room. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are no play facilities in the flat; therefore the flat is not suitable for children.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday village of Sehestedt is the ideal holiday destination for people who are looking for the experience of nature and tranquillity. It is located in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. UNESCO declared the area a World Heritage Site in 2009. Sehestedt lido is a 10-15 minute walk away
Due to its central location, you can reach many tourist destinations on the Jade Bay, the East Frisian North Sea coast, in Butjadingen and in the Wesermarsch from Sehestedt. You can also reach the cities of Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven and Oldenburg by car in about 25 minutes. Many well-signposted cycle paths lead through the Wesermarsch and Butjadingen.
The beach restaurant is open from mid-May to mid-September
The town of Varel is about 10 minutes away by car.

Super holiday!
Very clean, beautiful, well-maintained holiday cottage! Everything corresponds to the pictures and descriptions. There is plenty of space, a large garden and the flat is very well equipped. The location is quiet, there is a lot of nature in the surrounding area. You can go to the sea or somewhere in the vicinity, for example cities like Wilhelmshaven or Bremerhaven offer a number of attractions. Very nice contact with the tenants on the part of the landlord! We are very satisfied with the holiday and recommend the holiday home to others!
