Greetings from the Jade Bay! The 75 sqm holiday apartment on the upper floor of a detached house with its own entrance has been completely newly furnished and is rented to 1 - 4 guests.

The large, open "living space" is divided into a living room area, a high-quality fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc., as well as a beautiful dining area by the window. From here, guests have a view of greenery/meadows.
The living room seating area consists of a couch, 1 armchair, 1 lounge chair, coffee table, desk, and satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; showering is also no problem.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed and a couch. Since there are 2 bedrooms, a 3rd guest or possibly a 4th guest can also stay, and a travel cot for children is available.
FOR BOOKINGS FROM THE 3RD WEEK ONWARDS WE OFFER A DISCOUNT – book 21 nights, pay for 20 nights – as well as for LONG-TERM RENTALS from 1 MONTH. Please ask us for details. Our garden offers holiday guests a 70 sqm sun terrace with a cozy seating area, sunshade, and a grill is available. Ideal for couples/families, also with children.

For families with small children, our holiday apartment is not suitable. There is no cot in the apartment, and the staircase has no safety gate.
No animals allowed!

FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS:
There have never been any animals in the apartment. The apartment is mostly fitted with laminate flooring. Only the second bedroom is carpeted, as well as the small hallway with the bookshelf. There are tiles in the bathroom. If necessary, please ask us.

The holiday apartment is located in Jade-Sehestedt, 700 m from the dike of the Jade Bay. The Jade-Sehestedt beach is 1200 m away. Sehestedt belongs to the municipality of Jade, so our house is also situated on a large plot of land.

Feel-good vacation

Taking time for ourselves was our goal, Mother 65, Daughter 34.
We succeeded in this cozy, sparkling clean warm apartment.
Long conversations at the kitchen table, cooking together, playing, painting. And being able to retreat through 2 bedrooms, as one is a day person and the other a night person. Walks in nature with many birds, near the dike, salt marshes, and moor. It was simply wonderful. Thank you for that. Best regards.

Gladly again

We had a great vacation at Jade Bay. The area is incredibly quiet and there is almost no light pollution at night, as the surrounding towns have no streetlights. The accommodation is ideal for those looking for a place away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The public transport connection is modest, but that is a problem for the entire region. Those who want to shop without a car make a trip out of it to explore the area.

The rental bikes were okay, but they are no longer in top condition. The hostess was super nice and even kindly took us to the next stop 1.5 km away from the apartment when we left.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

Very nice vacation apartment

Our stay was a long time ago.
By chance, I clicked through the PHOTOS.
Because the first photo can only be off-putting: wooden walls.
Later on: beautiful kitchen and nice quiet location. We took the plunge, my partner booked it, and we did not regret it.

Very nice and very clean holiday flat, idyllically located

We spent a week with our grown-up boys in Mrs Wilkens' holiday flat and felt very comfortable.
The flat was very clean and in a nice quiet location. We had a beautiful courtyard to ourselves with plenty of seating and sun loungers!
You can get to Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven in no time, or to the mud flats or one of the idyllic little villages directly on the North Sea!

Very beautiful, modern holiday apartment

Our review:
Very nice, modern vacation apartment. We didn't miss anything. Kitchen is very well equipped. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa, television, and radio. Bathroom is nice and bright. In the hallway, there is a small seating area with games and books. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed. The landlady was always friendly to us and gave us many tips. Now, there is also fast WLAN in the apartment. The apartment is located very centrally, and we made trips to Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven, and Oldenburg. We would love to come back again.

Very nice holiday at the Jade Bight

Dear landlady,
Fewo-Sehestedt is great! It is perfectly equipped for 3-4 guests, and in an appealing, pretty way. Everything in the house was clean and tidy; you don't often find that these days. The beds were just right for us, so we could sleep wonderfully in peace at your place. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave.
We already knew your area and still discovered a lot of new things. Those seeking tranquility will find themselves well taken care of away from mass tourism and behind the dike. Despite the not always good weather, we took long walks on the beach in the good air. We took home good regional products from the country women's market at the Seefelder Mühle. You were always helpful with advice and action; thank you for that.

Beautiful week with great weather

When we arrived at the beautiful holiday flat, the weather was brilliant in October.

Everything was clean and lovingly decorated, the fitted kitchen even well equipped for 4 guests. And the fact that we had a bathtub was just great; at home there's only a shower

We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat with its own house entrance with stairs. We liked the wide view from the dining area window over the meadows. It was quiet in Sehestedt, so we were able to sleep in, which we desperately needed. Nevertheless, we visited the beautiful flat area by bike and went on some great bike tours. We also visited some sights and took the ferry across the Weser to Bremerhaven to visit the Auswandererhaus. Helmut found his ancestors there in the emigrant register, who had emigrated to the New World in the 19th century. And of course we ate delicious cake at the Seefelder Mühle and visited the mill during a guided tour.

We will gladly come back to Fewo-Sehestedt.

Wonderful days on the Jade Bay

Dear hostess,

first of all, we would like to thank you once again for your hospitality. We felt very comfortable with you. Your beautiful new apartment was clean and nicely furnished. We stressed professionals slept wonderfully in your house and had the peace we were looking for. The proximity to the water was also good for Christina's bronchia; she and Klaus will certainly take a longer holiday at the Jadebusen, and Renate and Klaus would like to come back next summer, then for a real swim.
