In 2012, we bought a large stately hotel in the center of Oostkapelle and it built 10 luxury apartments. The apartment is completed in June 2012 Design. The apartment is located in the center of Oostkapelle, but is quiet and has:

Location and surroundings of object
The apartments are very central; the restaurants are only 100 meters away and the supermarket 300 meters. Furthermore, the forest and the sea is about 1300 meters. Oostkapelle is a roaring village with plenty of activities and markets. For the comfort you go into the Dorpsstraat. The terraces invite you to relax or something to eat or drink. The atmosphere is relaxing and reminiscent of earlier times. It git a Big chance that you even get to see the traditional clothing.
The beaches of Oostkapelle have already received several awards. In 2011, the beach (since 1990 without interruption every year) was again the international "Blue Flag" environmental award. It guarantees a high quality of bathing water and a well geplegte clean beach. In 2003 and 2004 the town won the title "cleanest beach of the Netherlands".
Oostkapelle is a real Zeeland Family Resort in de beautiful nature reserves De Manteling and the dunes and water extraction area Oranjezon. The Oostkapelle beach is known, as is the rest of Walcheren, weger his charakteritischen groynes, Strandh Ütten and, of course, the quiet atmosphere. Furthermore, the province of Zeeland in the summer months, the most sunshine hours in the Netherlands. An excellent start for a lovely beach holiday.
If one is looking Ruhge, wide and beautiful landscapes, you can here make wunederbare walks. Another good reason for walking into Oostkapelle is the weather. Every year the sun shines over 160 hours more than anywhere else in the Netherlands. And here there is a wonderful fresh sea air, because in Oostkapelle there are no large industrial plants.
The beach glistens in the sun and goes in a friendly bow to the sea, the dunes times the Schroffheid a mountain range and the sea can sometimes illuminate unlikely bleu. Fine, but by no means a luxury apartment.
The apartment is very centrally located, spacious, and clean. All furniture is new. The owners are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you have to pass by stinking garbage bins to get to your apartment first. The garden is more of a scrubby lawn with a tree and a set of garden furniture for each rental party. The apartment is sparsely furnished, lacking coziness. There are no pictures on the walls, no decorations, and a large mirror is also missing. The kitchen is minimally equipped, lacking salad servers and having only a few glasses, cups, and plates. You have to wash dishes after every meal. The bathroom is spacious but cold and stark like the rest of the apartment. It is also poorly lit, making it nearly impossible to apply makeup. The beds are extremely narrow, and the pillows are tiny (maybe 40x40 cm). The nightstands are cheap plastic folding stools, and they are completely missing in the children's room. The closets are also small with no additional storage space.

Travel with dog
As we wanted to get away for New Year's Eve because of the fireworks in Germany with our anxious dog, it really hit us there.
The fireworks started in the morning and continued all day in the nearby park and were unbearable, as they were very loud in the centre.... Nice flat, you had to pay for bed linen separately and make the beds yourself... No go... Therefore also too expensive. We left on New Year's Eve.
