Description
Our two holiday homes are located in the middle of a mixed forest of coniferous and deciduous trees.
They belong to the holiday village Eichwald together with 160 other houses in roof-only construction. The holiday village in the municipality of Gossersweiler-Stein is only a few kilometres or a few minutes by car from the tranquil town of Annweiler.
The Southern Wine Route and the university town of Landau as well as Alsace with the town of Wissembourg are also within easy reach by car. Our houses were built in the early 70s and have been renovated and refurnished in recent years.
On the ground floor you will find a small bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a large room with kitchen area (fitted kitchen), a dining area and a living area with couch set, satellite TV etc. Free internet access is available for the visitor who, in addition to rest and relaxation, is also looking for contact with the rest of the world. On the upper floor there is a simple bedroom with a large bed for 2 persons and a bedroom with 4 single beds
are available.
Each house has a terrace and a plot of land. House 1 has a fairly large parking space for up to 2 cars. House 2 has a relatively small parking space, but a nice, partly fenced plot.
Both houses have their own DSL connection with WLAN and free landline telephony within Germany

Great vacation!
Our vacation in the holiday home was exactly as we had imagined. Everything was as described in the advertisement, and the landlord was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very nice vacation, and we can highly recommend the holiday home.

A beautiful vacation. House exactly as described
We and our 3 children had a wonderful vacation in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. The landlord was very friendly and everything was as described. We definitely won't be there for the last time.
