In the 80 m² holiday flat there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, a sleeping chair for the 5th person can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Cot and high chair can be provided. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/ with shower possibility. The spacious kitchen-cum-living-room with dining area has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and various small appliances. Bed linen and towels are provided. The large living room with designer sofa and dining area has a TV set, radio, game collections. Playstation 2 and Wii can be borrowed for a small fee.
A car parking space is in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. As the flat is on the ground floor, it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Small pets on request. Self-catering.

Holzminden is an idyllic district town with approx. inhabitants.
It is an ideal starting point for cycling tours into the charming Upper Weser Valley or for hikes into the Solling-Vogler Nature Park and is therefore always worth a visit in summer as well as in winter. Points of interest such as the Tilly House, the Severin House, the Raabe Fountain and the bell and figurine play remind us here of the past of this former agrarian town.
Germany's oldest building school, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, steamboat landing stage and cycle paths R 1 and 99 as well as the Weser cycle path can be reached from the apartment in just a few minutes.
Silberborn/Neuhaus with its high moor, wildlife park, Tree-Rock high ropes course, countless hiking routes, many excellent jogging routes or mountain bike tours with 760 route kilometres are just the thing to actively spend your leisure time. In winter, groomed cross-country ski trails ranging from 5 to 17 km in length as well as a toboggan run provide a welcome change of pace.
nice excursion destinations are: Höxter 8 km, Corvey Castle 6 km, Fürstenberg (porcelain manufactory) 15 km, Münchhausen town Bodenwerder 20 km, Huguenot town Bad Karlshafen (with crystal thermal bath) 35 km, Hameln 50 km, state capital Hannover 70 km.

Photo deceptive
We spent 4 quite warm days in the flat, and this is where our criticism comes in:
The photo of the outside view gives the impression of a terrace belonging to the flat. Unfortunately, this is not the case. We would have loved to relax outside after the beautiful bike tours along the Weser, or to sit outside in the evening when it got cooler
Unfortunately, this possibility does not exist.

Da sich die Wohnung im 1.OG befindet, kann die Terrasse leider nicht zur Fewo gehören. Von einer Terrasse oder Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen wird im Inserat deshalb auch nicht gesprochen. Das Foto soll den potentiellen Gästen lediglich einen Gesamteindruck des Hauses vermitteln.
