Description
The flat is located on the first floor, is 80 sqm large and designed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with double bed.
If required, the attic , 60 sqm large for up to 5 people , 1 bedroom with double bed ,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower
can be rented.
The beds are made, shower and towels are ready
In the separate kitchen you will find everything you need , including dishwasher .
The bathroom is renovated with a shallow shower, hanging W C and large washbasin.
In the living room there is information material about Polle and the surrounding area, as well as satellite flat screen TV, stereo and free Wi-Fi
From the living room and bedroom you can go out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun all day long and have a wonderful view of the castle and the countryside. An awning is available.
This flat is tiled or parquet and has blinds .
In addition to the balcony, you can use the garden and relax in the beach chair .
There is a swing for children.
Barbecuing is also possible , a barbecue is available .

Our house is located directly in the climatic health resort Polle in a quiet cul-de-sac, but still central.
Supermarket, with baker and butcher department is in 5 minutes walking distance
We live on site, welcome you personally and always have an open ear for our guests. Polle is a tranquil place on the Weser with a castle that lies above the famous Weser cycle path.
We are on the Fairytale Road and Polle has Cinderella as a fairytale character.
You can get everything you need for daily life on site
Polle is an ideal starting point to explore the Weserbergland
Bodenwerder , Hameln , Bad Pyrmont , Höxter , Holzminden , Detmold , Extersteine , and many other places are nearby
in the vicinity . You can hike here , explore the Weser cycle path , swim in our beautiful outdoor pool or play golf on the Weserbergland golf course .

Great vacation apartment
Very nice reception by the landlords, which was crowned by a nice gift. Although we chose the smaller apartment after booking, the assessment is the same.
Nicely furnished, spacious apartment. Everything was taken into account and nothing was missing. Even the washing machine could be used.
Sufficient information material about the surroundings is also available.
The apartment and the entire area make a very clean and well-kept impression.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance.
An apartment that can only be recommended.

Simply great!
Once again we were guests at the Herdlitschkes. This year, we stayed in holiday flat 2, where nothing was missing. Every little detail was thought of to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Lovingly furnished, this holiday flat has no need to fear any competition. We stay in several regions and holiday homes every year. But so many amenities are just great. The hospitality, friendliness and warm-hearted approach of the hosts makes a stay in the Weser-Bergland an unforgettable experience every time. Thank you very much, the Wandervögel from Berlin.

we would like to thank you once again, how could it be otherwise, very warmly for the loving and extremely warm welcome in your beautiful holiday apartment!
We cannot fail to mention that we have now had the pleasure of staying in this super great and very clean "place" for the "3rd time" (previously with our two grandchildren) now also with friends.
We really didn't miss anything. We felt at home again.
You guys are simply fantastic and flexible and lovely hosts *******…. !!!!
Our friends were also full of praise for the warmth and all the amenities of this pretty and fully equipped holiday apartment!
You can really recommend it with a clear conscience to every guest from afar.
