Description

Our holiday apartment is located right in the middle of the Zillertal Arena/Gerlosplatte ski area at 1600m altitude.
Starting point for many ski tours, close to ski lifts, ski track.
In summer, our altitude provides a low-stimulus climate for allergy sufferers.
Bread roll service.
In winter,
The high altitude guarantees snow reliability throughout the entire season from December to April.
The distance to the slopes, ski track, or ski school is about 450m and can be reached on foot from the house. With appropriate snow conditions, you can also ski right up to the house.
Our ski area includes about 160 kilometers of slopes with all levels of difficulty, from beginner to off-piste skier, everything is possible.
For your children, we have a ski school that is happy to take over their training and supervision.
Our apartments are suitable for 8 people, consisting of 4 bedrooms with double beds
3x shower room with shower, toilet, and sink are available. Our cozy living and dining room can accommodate the entire family.
In the outdoor area, your children can also play unsupervised. Snowball fights and building snow forts are no problem.
In the evening, you can visit our illuminated toboggan run with the sled from the house. Fun for the entire family! !

Location and surroundings of object

Our house is located in the ski area on the Gerlosplatte at 1600m above sea level. The access road is well cleared but winter equipment is required!
Krimml is located on the edge of the Hohetauern National Park and is known for the highest waterfalls in Europe, the Krimmler Falls. In summer you can use the medical healing climate there.
Hochkrimml is a district and lies at 1600m above sea level.
In winter skiing is the order of the day here. The skiing area Gerlosplatte/Zillertalarena with more than 160 kilometres of slopes offers skiing and snow fun for everyone
Sledding and cross-country skiing are among the activities as well as apres ski after a successful day of skiing.

Free cancellation possible up to 1 days before the arrival date.

Here is the translation to English: We only offer free cancellation if there is an accommodation ban affecting our apartment. This also applies mutually. Otherwise: Cancellation fees are 90% up to 100 days before the start of the trip, after that 100% of the rental costs.
