Description
You can rent a small, approx. 50 sqm, furnished house here. It consists of a living kitchen (approx. 25 sqm), heated with night storage heaters; additionally, you can also light the cozy Swedish stove, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a beautiful bedroom with a double bed. A third person can, if necessary, sleep on the couch in the living area. Bed linen and towels are provided. You can park your car in the garden driveway. The approx. The 700 sqm property is fenced. Here you can play with your dog or explore the paths of the adjacent forest.

The house price of 69 euros per day applies for two people. Minimum stay 3 days
Weekly price 448.00 Euro = 64 Euro per day
Monthly price 1200.00 Euro = 40 Euro per day

Rental price for long-term rental (over one month) in the winter months from October to March, or by arrangement
Monthly price 500 Euro + 100 € flat rate for utilities + advance payment for electricity costs of 200 Euro, which will be billed according to consumption.

The house is situated, surrounded by forests, about 3 km from the bathing lake, the Unterer Inn nature reserve. Only 10 km away is the town of Marktl, the birthplace of our Pope Benedict. The Marian pilgrimage site Altötting is only about 20 km away, and the longest castle in the world can be found in Burghausen, also only 20 km away. The thermal baths in Bad Füssing or Geinberg, Upper Austria, can also be reached quickly by car. You can go on bike tours on the Inntal cycle path by bicycle. Or take a walk in the woods with your dog from the cottage.

Top accommodation - Good location
We were on-site and were pleased with a lovely gesture that the landlord had left on the table. Very nice.
The cleanliness was great, excellent Wi-Fi, nice landlords, great amenities, all in all highly recommended. Really, everything was perfect.
We felt very comfortable with our dog.
You can quickly get to Austria (10 min) and also easily travel to the border otherwise.

We will come again.
A small cozy holiday cottage. The arrival was so warm. The fireplace had already been heated for us, welcome gifts were ready, and it was clean and freshly prepared.
We had to leave earlier because our dog injured its cruciate ligament. Such a shame.
We will come back.

Very beautiful location
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The house is located directly on the edge of the forest, interesting excursion destinations are easy to reach by car. The house is clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable there with our dogs.

Relaxation holiday with cat
We immediately felt at home, especially because of the warm landlords. The house has everything you need and is wonderfully situated on the edge of the forest.
Pure relaxation! There are plenty of nearby shops within easy reach by car. Bus stop at the front door. Bathing lake nearby. It doesn't get any better than this.
