you can relax and unwind in our wonderful holiday flat, rated 4 stars by the DTV for 2-person occupancy, right on the edge of the forest, only 400m from Bad Harzburg's beautiful pedestrian zone with its old chestnut trees, numerous restaurants and shops.

In the spacious living-dining area with adjoining fitted kitchen, flat LCD TV, DVD player, radio and balcony you can enjoy a nice book or a nice CD after a beautiful day in the Harz Mountains, or relax a little in the swimming pool (10x20m, 28°C) or the saunas.
In the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, etc.), you can quickly whip up a little something for your loved ones and then enjoy it together in the Mediterranean dining area.
A good night's sleep awaits you in the cosy bedroom with 2nd access to the balcony
If required, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into sleeping accommodation for up to 2 people (160x200).
After a very quiet night, you will greet the morning with a smile in the brand new dream bathroom and enjoy the comfort.
Afterwards, your large balcony invites you to enjoy an extended breakfast "in the middle of the greenery".
You can get bread rolls from our bread roll service in the house.
Our floors are tiled except for the bedroom - so they are ideally suited for allergy sufferers.
Our flat () is located on the 11th floor (lift) and offers you an excellent view of the Harz forests.
The large leisure area in the house offers free table tennis, table football and a pool table. Bowling alley for a small fee.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the house.
Free parking is available on the large parking deck.

We rent out 2 other, equivalent holiday flats in the house - ask us if you would like to spend your holiday with friends.

Location and surroundings of object

Bad Harzburg's brine thermal baths, the cable car to the Burgberg, the high ropes park, the lynx enclosure, the game reserve and the spa park with ice rink and mini golf course are all just a few minutes' walk away.
Numerous hiking trails are right on the doorstep and offer plenty of opportunities to spend the day in the Harz forests.
The short hike to the "Winuwuk" coffee shop and the Sonnenhof (1600m) is very worthwhile
If you are fit enough, you can climb the Brocken (the highest mountain in northern Germany) on foot or enjoy the ride up on the Harz narrow-gauge railway.
The towns of Goslar, Wernigerode and the Upper Harz can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
To Quedlinburg, Thale, Rübeland and Braunschweig you drive a varied 30 minutes.
In winter you can reach the next lift in about 10 minutes by car (Torfhaus). Traced cross-country ski trails can be found in the village and in the entire Harz region.

Bad Harzburg is one of the best spas in Lower Saxony. Feel-good dreams come true here. One of Lower Saxony's best thermal spas, the Bad Harzburger Sole-Therme, invites body and soul to completely relax. Strengthening from the "inside" is offered by the Wandelhalle with drinking fountain - built in the 19th century.

For strolling, Bad Harzburg has a wonderful pedestrian zone, framed by venerable chestnut trees, with attractive shops, which merges seamlessly into the scenically situated spa gardens. There you will also find the Burgberg cable car, which takes visitors up the "Großer Burgberg" in three minutes. The Burgberg is the starting point for many hikes. Rustic forest inns invite you to linger.

The 18-hole golf course is just a few minutes away. Despite its urban location, the beautifully situated terrain offers a lot. A hilly landscape, a very beautiful old stock of trees and the terrain of the former stud meadows, many interestingly designed and idyllically laid out water hazards characterise the atmosphere of this course, which presents an interesting sporting challenge for single-digit handicaps and at the same time presents beginners with solvable problems.
