"Villa Apolonia" is located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a fantastic view over Las Americas, the Atlantic, and the neighboring island of La Gomera.
On a plot of about 625 sqm stands a large luxury holiday property. It is almost impossible to list everything this property offers. Hardly any other holiday home is so comfortably and generously furnished.
The villa has a living area of approx. 315 sqm, spread over two floors. On the lower level, that is, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a guest WC. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. Everything has been furnished with great care. All colors, fabrics, and furniture have been harmoniously coordinated. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a television set with satellite antenna for receiving several German television and radio programs in digital quality. There is a DVD player with around 200 feature films. The dining area has a table with six chairs.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is provided: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hot water device, juicer, and much more. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The bedrooms are also very generously sized. The "master bedroom" is approximately 30 sqm in size. Here there is a double bed with a comfort mattress and an additional single bed. The bathroom belonging to this bedroom features a round bathtub, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. We would especially like to highlight the view from this bedroom, particularly in the evening or at night, when you can look out over the sea of lights of Las Americas: this will remain in your memory long after the holiday.
The second bedroom also has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The second bathroom features a bathtub, bidet, washbasin, and toilet. The outdoor area includes a pool (approx. 3.50 x 5.50 m and 1.50 m deep), a sun terrace with loungers, sun umbrella, and other garden furniture. In front of the living room there is a partially covered terrace that provides shade. Sun worshippers among us therefore have the choice of enjoying the sun or retreating into the shade. The rental car is parked in the private garage.

Tennis courts and the beautiful Costa Adeje golf course with 27 holes can be found in the immediate vicinity. On the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife in a flat, about 10 km coastal zone was the main tourist "Playa de las Americas". Until the 60's, into this region was pure sand and stone desert. Today the image of the hotels, villas and apartment complexes is dominated. In several, mostly sandy beaches and numerous bars, pubs and restaurants are playing a holiday from life with an international audience. The walker itself provides a continuous, nearly 15 km long promenade that stretches from Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas to La Caleta. Top holiday home
The villa is simply fantastic! Everything is just as described! The facilities and location are top-notch!
The lady on-site was very warm and helpful, she showed and explained everything.
I have to mention one criticism: The pool was not usable during our stay, as it was under repair. The lady informed us about this during the handover. We would have appreciated it if this information had been given to us in advance so we could have prepared. After all, we chose this house mainly because of the private pool! Unfortunately, even a small discount on-site could not make up for this shortcoming.
However, we still had a wonderful holiday and can only recommend this house. We would definitely choose to spend our holiday there again.

Everything was as we expected, including the advertising.
We from Lower Saxony were in the villa with 4 people and a lady from the USA New York was with us
We were surprised at the generosity of the house. Everything was as we expected from the advertisement and can recommend it with a clear conscience
Even the pool was cleaned weekly by professionals and perfectly adjusted. The handovers went off without a hitch. One small fault was that the wifi network was very slow from day 4 onwards. This seems to have been a general problem on Tenerife. It would be nice if the pool lights were on in the evening.

Beautiful vacation - our stay at Villa Apolonia
We (2 people) have now stayed for the second time in Villa Apolonia and felt extremely comfortable again. The villa is located in a quiet area, slightly outside the center, in a beautiful residential area with a fantastic view over Playa de las Americas.
The rooms are very spacious, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything you need during a vacation stay.
We made good use of the garden (especially the new, very comfortable sun loungers).
+ Very clean, well-maintained, and cared for
+ Peace and spaciousness
+ Enough towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, etc.
+ Basic stock of toilet paper, water, and more (very pleasant after a late arrival)
+ Nan is a very charming, warm-hearted hostess and always available when you have questions.
- The lighting in the living room could be better - a bit sparse for reading on rainy days.
We have already booked our next stay.
