Villa delle bougainvillée in Ostuni / Puglia.
The beautiful Mediterranean summer villas of Lido Fontanelle (in high season Patrolled) are only about 1 km from the picturesque ancient fishing port of Villanova (fortress from the XVI. Century.) And just 6 km from the charming, built on three hills White city Ostuni away.
They are only about 250 meters from the sea.
The Villa delle bougainvillée located on a 600 acre lot on the Lido Fontanelle. The villa has a private driveway that leads to a shady park gazebo. It is surrounded by a splendid Mediterranean garden, among the among others a very tall palm tree, a magnolia tree, a ficus, two lemon trees, hibiscus and rose bushes. A paved stone path leads directly to the porch of the house, which is lush overgrown with bougainvillea - hence the name. The large terrace is partly covered and partly sunny terrace. Garden furniture and an outdoor shower are naturally present. An external staircase leads to another terrace upwards (roof terrace), from which you can see something of the sea.

The Villa delle bougainvillée is only about 1200 m from Villanova.
It is located in Lido Fontanelle, a very well-kept residential area, - about 300 private villas with Mediterranean gardens - which is bordered by oleanders.

optimization suggestions
The house or part of the house is located in a settlement of several similar buildings. The style is nice and appealing. The garden should be better maintained.... The individual mattresses (old spring mattresses) are a disgrace. The house is located near a music pub. (there is activity from Thursday evening during the season, which you should like and should be mentioned) The responsible elder lady was very nice, because when we entered the house a bad smell came from one of the bathrooms.... The plumber was quickly on site. The quite nice house should be optimized both inside and outside for this considerable price.
