These separate ground floor apartment of a terraced corner house is located on a hillside surrounded by a small well-kept gardens only 100 meters from the crystal clear sea and white sandy beach of "Pinus Village" with spectacular sea views. This very beautiful and uncrowded beach - to colonize other creeks - and the very child-friendly shallow waters, ideal for families with young children. The entire residential complex of "Pinus Village" is nestled in a green and lush vegetation of pines and ensures a great holiday. Within the complex where guests can enjoy a café-restaurant, children's playground, pool (seasonal), tennis court, kiosk on the beach where sun loungers and deck chairs can be rented. Also just a short drive away are the beautiful beaches of "CHIA" (about 5 km) and "Tuerredda" (about 7 km). Shops and supermarket about 2 km - water sports, boat trips, horseback riding are available throughout the area. Nearest major city is PULA within 14 km distance. Distance from the airport CAGLIARI 48 km - from OLBIA approx 3 hours drive and ALGHERO approx hours.
