The elegant Villa Carola can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and 1 child.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room with satellite TV, WiFi, a kitchen and, separated by a door and a hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the basement there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom, a single bedroom with an extra bed and a third bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms have a large window overlooking a light well. Outside there is a pergola with a dining table for eight people and sea views, a private garden and a pool (8 x 4 m) in the garden, which is shared with the other two houses. Car parking is also available. There is air conditioning throughout the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Lorenza is increased so that you have a wonderful view of the sea from Solanas. Nevertheless, there are just a few steps from the famous sandy beach. The villa is situated on the edge of the hill in the middle of nature. The Grunsdstück is a beautiful natural rock garden with rich Mediterranean vegetation. The large trees provide lots of shade overlooking the sea or in the countryside. The ideal place to spend a quiet holiday by the sea surrounded by nature Solanas is a small town by the sea with a long white sand beach. There are all services on site. Among other things, also a regular weekly market and a well-known fish restaurant.

A perfect, relaxing holiday all round
Despite our late arrival, we were received very nicely and shown to the house. A nice, clean and spacious holiday home awaited us. We used the terrace the most, as it had a very nice view. The pool was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of parking space on the property. Once again we would like to thank you for the nice service with questions and the immediate help with small problems. We would rent a holiday home from you again at any time
