Description
Make yourself at home in this cool two-room apartment. The apartment is well kept and has a large covered terrace with dining area, sofa and a barbeque. It is located on the lower floor of a 2 storey house only 4 minutes walk from the long, fine sandy beach
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 *190). There are no wardrobes, but a mix of bar and wardrobe compartment. In addition small chests of drawers.
Living/dining room with satellite TV, kitchenette, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, cafetiera, 4-burner gas stove, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, WIFI (on request), parking on the street in front of the house.
The house consists of two floors. Both floors are completely independent from each other - outside you share the washing machine and the outdoor shower with hot water.
The 2-room apartment has a special location in the private villa complex,- in the last, very quiet street and is very close to the beach
On this part of the beach are only the owners of the complex, public accesses to the beach are far away, so there is always enough space even in the high season. You'll find here a number of extras that exceed the standards of normal Sardinian apartments
A dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and of course pots, pans and cutlery has everything you need for cooking. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. In the living room there is a sofa and a dining table, so you can eat either inside or outside. The huge terrace is the absolute highlight, because in the shade you can enjoy the summer and in the evening you can have a barbecue and relax in the sofas. The garden is arranged in terrace form and is easily accessible from the lower flat.
The bathroom has a shower, but the best thing is to shower outside in the outdoor shower with warm water in the greenery. In the apartment you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, bedding, towels, shower gel and hair shampoo. The apartment is on the lower floor and can be reached via stairs. The upper floor is completely independent from the lower floor - everyone has his own entrance. Here you can arrive in peace and enjoy the terrace and the beautiful garden atmosphere.
Access for guests
You have the whole apartment to yourself. You rent the downstairs in a private house. You have the entire lower floor to yourself, except the outdoor shower next to the garden entrance and the washing machine at the back of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in the most beautiful, private villa complex of Santa Margherita di Pula. Only 4 minutes away from the fine sandy beach. The house is situated on a slope, so you have partial view over the pine forest to the sea. We have no through traffic and absolute tranquility.

Perfect for beach holidays
We spent our holidays with friends in Isabel's two flats and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.
Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the beach, which was full but never crowded, even in season. Perfect for holidays with teenagers, as you can just meet on the beach and don't have to agree on a time to leave together.
The flats themselves are equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday and are absolutely clean. There is air conditioning in both, which we also needed in the heat. Actually, we only showered in the great outdoor shower.
The upper flat is a bit bigger and has a terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the view over the dense leafy roof of the holiday home settlement, especially in the evening. On days with lots of waves, you can also hear the sea.
The lower flat is a little smaller, but has a somewhat larger, shady terrace
The hosts organise everything to perfection, right down to restaurant recommendations and reservations.

The flat is small but nice. We were able to relax wonderfully and we would always come back!
