The apartment is located off the main road, quiet and centrally located in the center of Schmidt at Rur Lake. Schmidt is completely surrounded by forest and is located near the national park Eifel. The Rur Lake is just 2 km away and is ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing, sailing and diving. The resort Schmidt is on a plateau 480m above sea level, in the Rureifel directly on the Rur Lake. A good starting point for hiking and water sports.

Nice quiet apartment
We had a wonderful week,
Great service and new towel exchange.
Upon arrival, cold drinks were ready in the fridge. Everything was clearly explained.
Super clean apartment.
The surroundings are beautiful and there are plenty of amenities in the village.

Great vacation apartment with potential for recommendation
Very quiet holiday apartment in the small village of Schmidt near Niedeggen.
From here you can visit many beautiful places, such as Aachen, Monschau, Mariawald Abbey, the beautiful Rursee (possible with a boat trip), and many other beautiful sights.
The Eifel region is always worth a visit...
The landlady is a very nice, friendly, and attentive person. We were greeted very kindly and drinks were already cold in the fridge for us, as well as ice stored in the freezer... very attentive... we were also asked after a few days if we still needed new towels... Thank you very much again, dear Mrs. Bergsch, and if we want to go to the Eifel again, we will definitely inquire if the holiday apartment is still available.
