Description
Large, cosy holiday home in a very quiet location. You live in a detached house with a large garden and a terrace and large balcony, where you can enjoy your holiday completely undisturbed. The rooms are spread over two floors and each of them has its own bathroom and toilet. You use a fully equipped kitchen, cosy dining and living room with tiled stove and 3 double and 2 twin rooms, one of which is a combined living/bedroom with its own TV. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Parking spaces for your car(s) are sufficiently available.

Location and surroundings of object
You will find our private holiday home in an idyllic location, close to the town of Pocking. Ideal starting point for visiting the spa triangle and many nice villages in the area. There is no through traffic here. You will spend your holiday in complete peace and surrounded by meadows (perfect for children). Reith is a small hamlet near the town of Pocking in Lower Bavaria. The spa triangle of Bad Füssing (9 km), Bad Griesbach (13 km) and Bad Birnbach (17 km) with its thermal baths and golf courses can be reached in a few minutes by car and on beautiful cycle paths. The Austrian towns of Obernberg and Schärding are also less than 20 km away, and the three-river city of Passau is 27 km away. Shopping facilities can be found about 3 km away in Pocking. A nice walk (1 1/2 km) takes you to the village of Schönburg with good gastronomy.

Pure relaxation!
We stayed with six people over New Year's Eve in the Reith 3 holiday home. Everything was perfect. Even before arrival, the contact with the sisters Seitz and Winkler.
They also took good care of us on site. The house is very well equipped, there is really nothing missing in the kitchen. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. The house is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet; deer come almost as far as the bedroom on the ground floor. You can buy freshly laid eggs daily from the neighbouring farm. We felt completely at home and can definitely recommend the house.

A wonderful fully furnished house with everything you need. We didn't miss anything during the days we were there. Very nice landlords. Would love to come back.
