Description
The house comprises a living room with seating set and dining area for 6 people each, tiled stove, satellite TV,
a kitchen with dining area for 4 people, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and grill,
Fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, microwave and sandwich toaster etc.,
a bathroom with WC and shower, a guest WC,
3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a cot, 1 high chair,
a storage room with barbecue and parasol,
Garden table with 6 chairs, and 2 sunbeds.
The reservation becomes binding after bank receipt of an immediate 20% deposit of the rental price,
the remaining amount is to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period (bank receipt),
Refunds will not be made.
The house can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival, departure must be by 10 am.
A deposit of 200 € has to be paid at the reception, which will be deducted from the electricity costs after the end of the rental period. The account details (IBAN, BIC) are required there for this purpose.
The park's own facilities such as solar-heated swimming pool ( - , black
Black wristbands in the house), boules and children's playground can be used free of charge.
The use of the tennis court and the bicycles is not part of the rental and is at your own risk
and is at your own risk.
For rentals by the day, the rent is pro rata to the weekly rent, but at least € 50/day, with an administration fee of € 100.
Short-term rentals are possible from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Towels, bed linen and tea towels must be brought along.

Family vacation Bredene
We thank you for the wonderful vacation. The house is very well equipped; it has EVERYTHING one needs. We lacked nothing. The house is very clean. The private parking is only a few meters from the house. The pool and playground are also very close; the location is very nice. Communication with the landlord was always very friendly, and you receive a response within a few hours. We would love to come back! Highly recommended without reservation!

Very happy to do it again
We were there for a week and felt very comfortable. The facilities had everything we needed. We were there without a car as you can see a lot with the coastal road.

House with large plot, great location.
We had a wonderful one-week holiday in Bredene. The house is spacious, with enough sleeping places. Everything is there. Cot only usable in one room.

Sehr schönes Haus
We felt comfortable there, the house had everything one needed. You quickly get used to the street noise.
It's a shame that Park I is a bit run-down, there are no shops or restaurants there.
As an allergy sufferer, I was bothered by the dust and cobwebs, and the extractor hood should be cleaned. But the landlord can't really do much about that, otherwise, as I said, very nice.

Ideal für Familien
The cottage is very lovingly furnished and lacks nothing. The garden is wonderful, lots of space to relax and barbecue. The leisure facilities around are great. Swimming pool! And then the child-friendly accessibility of the North Sea with a huge beach. TOP! Definitely visit Bruges.. during the week :)

free time activities: Bergsteigen geht nicht, sonst alles :)
shopping facilities: Fast schon zu deutsch: Lidl, Aldi in der Nähe. In der Saison haben viele Diskounter auch am Sonntag auf. Aber auch Delhaize oder Colruyt für mehr belg. Auswahl. Ansonsten Oostende besuchen.
