Description
The original house dates back to 1937 and was renovated with great care in 2013. By providing all the necessary comforts, it has become a cosy and well-kept holiday home that is ready for you all year round.
Ground floor
Entrance with toilet
Large dining room with long table and an open kitchen with island. This modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker.
In the living room you can enjoy the fireplace on cold winter days. A separate TV room is furnished with a cosy sitting area.
Everything is provided for a baby: Park, bed, high chair, nappy pillow
In the bathroom you will find a large bathtub, shower and 2 washbasins
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. A 2nd toilet is located next door.
First floor
First bedroom with double bed (180), separate children's room with a baby cot and a washbasin

Third bedroom with a loft bed and a mezzanine with double bed (140) and a pull-out couch (140)

Location and surroundings of object
Our charming villa, you will find, only 500 m from the coast. This is located on the border of the picturesque De Haan and the lively Bredene. It is the ideal holiday home to enjoy a carefree holiday with friends or family. The house is suitable for 10 people, ideal for 4 adults and 5 to 6 children and a baby . The holiday home can be rented per weekend, short week or a week. You can request your holiday from home, directly, and confidentially through the owner
Bredene has 4 km of sandy beaches and dunes. These are the favourite places for sun worshippers or the dream playground for the children.
If you don't want to go to the beach and the dunes, the polders with their magnificent nature, meandering roads and car-free paths will entice you. To explore the hinterland as well, it is best to use the numerous hiking and cycling routes available from the tourist office.
Throughout the year, you can enjoy numerous events in Bredene, in which music is often the common thread. You can listen to folklore and rock, and music from all over the world - from Brazilian samba to Portuguese fado. But street theatre, children's entertainment, guided walking and cycling tours, art happenings and shows with Flemish artists can also give you a carefree holiday ...
Nudist beach
Bredene is the first and only coastal municipality to have a nudist beach. Adherents of naturism have discovered a place for themselves here. The location at the foot of a protected dune reserve ensures a bit of privacy. The nude bathing zone is not an obstacle for the visitor who wants to walk along the waterline clothed.
Nudism is a matter of mutual respect. Five years after the first nudist beach was established in Bredene (2002), this piece of beach can be counted among the most visited bathing zones on our coast. At peak times, about 1000 nudists crowd the 350-metre-wide strip here.
Surfing area
Lifeguard post 1 - beach entrance "Twins" Bredene has an approximately 300-metre zone for surfing and sailing, located to the west of beach post 1.
In the trendy Beachhouse Twins Club you can enjoy the magnificent panorama with a snack and a drink.

Very nice big house with lots of space
We were there for 3 weeks with 4 adults and 1 child, 1 week of which with 5 adults and 3 children.
There was enough space for everyone.
The distances to the beach, to town and to shopping are pleasantly short.
The landlords are very nice and if there are any deficiencies they are immediately on the spot to fix them.
However, there is a half point deduction for cleanliness, even though it is a large house, the cleaning lady can clean it a little better, and at certain intervals also clean under/behind the couch and in certain places
unfortunately, there are always tenants who don't like cleanliness, who prefer to rinse dishes, glasses and pots before using them, but the landlords can't help that, and the cleaning lady can't clean everything again.
Otherwise it was a really great holiday, we will definitely come back again.
According to us, everything was definitely cleaner than when we arrived.
And I also think you can leave such a property the way you would like to find it.

Sehr schön gelegenes Familiendomizil
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund dort. Von allen an der belgischen Küste verbrachten Urlaube war dies das schönste und liebevoll eingerichteste Haus. Auch im manchmal herbstlichen Oktober gibt es dort alle Möglichkeiten, vor allem am Strand, um einen geruhsamen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Ausstattung, das liegt aber wohl eher an Mietern die beschädigte Tassen,Geschirr und Küchenutensilien einfach wieder einräumen statt den Vermietern Hinweise darauf zu geben. Es müsste halt ein bßchen ausgetauscht bzw. an Besteck & Utensilien wieder aufgerüstet werden.
Ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbares Haus
Das Haus ist hell und freundlich, alles ist sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Wir waren 6 Personen mit Hund und haben jeden Tag genossen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und die Lage, nah zum Strand und Einkaufen, Bäckerei lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und danken der Familie für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Alles Top
Wir waren mit unseren 6 Enkeln und Familien im Haus zu Gast und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und es hat den Kindern, wie auch den Erwachsenen sehr gut gefallen.

wonderful holiday home with many possibilities
It was only one week ! We felt at home right away. It is a very nice, large house with the possibility to accommodate the whole family or friends. It has everything you need to spend a relaxing week. The service is also very good. We were completely satisfied and would gladly book the house again
