Description
The house comprises a living room with seating set and dining area for 6 people each, tiled stove, satellite TV,
a kitchen with dining area for 4 people, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven and grill,
Fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, egg boiler, microwave and sandwich toaster etc.,
a bathroom with WC and shower, a guest WC,
3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a cot, 1 high chair,
a storage room with barbecue and parasol,
Garden table with 6 chairs, and 2 sunbeds.
The reservation becomes binding after bank receipt of an immediate 20% deposit of the rental price,
the remaining amount is to be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period (bank receipt),
Refunds will not be made.
The house can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival, departure must be by 10 am.
A deposit of 200 € has to be paid at the reception, which will be deducted from the electricity costs after the end of the rental period. The account details (IBAN, BIC) are required there for this purpose.
The park's own facilities such as solar-heated swimming pool ( - , black
Black wristbands in the house), boules and children's playground can be used free of charge.
The use of the tennis court and the bicycles is not part of the rental and is at your own risk
and is at your own risk.
For rentals by the day, the rent is pro rata to the weekly rent, but at least € 50/day, with an administration fee of € 100.
Short-term rentals are possible from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Towels, bed linen and tea towels must be brought along.
Pets are not allowed.

Sehr gerne wieder
Wir waren eine Woche dort haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einrichtung war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Waren ohne Auto dort da man viel sehen kann mit der Küstenstraße.

Haus mit grossem Grundstück, toller Lage
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 1-wöchigen Urlaub in Bredene. Haus ist geräumig, genügend Schlafplätze . Alles vorhanden. Kinderbett nur in einem Zimmer nutzbar.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt dort, alles was man benötigt hat dieses Haus zu bieten, an die Straßengeräusche gewöhnt man sich schnell.
Schade ist nur das der Park I etwas verkommen ist, es gibt keine Geschäft und auch keine Gastwirtschaft dort.
Mich haben als Allergiker die Staub- und Spinnweben gestört und die Abzugshaube sollte man auch mal putzen.
Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nicht wirklich selber was, sonst wie gesagt sehr schön.

Ideal für Familien
Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderbar, viel Platz zum ausruhen und grillen. Auch die Freizeitanlagen drumherum sind toll. Schwimmbad! Dann noch die kindergerechte Erreichbarkeit der Nordsee mit riesen Strand. TOP! Auf jeden Fall Brügge besichtigen..unter der Woche :)

free time activities: Bergsteigen geht nicht, sonst alles :)
shopping facilities: Fast schon zu deutsch: Lidl, Aldi in der Nähe. In der Saison haben viele Diskounter auch am Sonntag auf. Aber auch Delhaize oder Colruyt für mehr belg. Auswahl. Ansonsten Oostende besuchen.
