This freestanding vacation home with its own pool is located in the edge of the idyllic resort PULA (about 6,000 inhabitants) on a very well maintained large mediterranean garden plot with green area, palm trees and beautiful flowers.
On a surface of approx. 96 sqm, this holiday home offers a max. It is composed of: 1 large living / dining room with fireplace, integrated kitchen and exit to the terrace and garden - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 bedroom with single bed which can be used as a double bed - 2 bathrooms with shower / WC / bidet - 2 terraces with barbecue.

Der schöne Ort PULA bietet jegliche Einkaufs-, Freizeit- und Servicemöglichkeiten. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants verwöhnen Sie mit sardischen Menues. In den Monaten Juli bis September sorgen auf der Piazza allabendliche Darbietungen für Unterhaltung und lassen Langeweile nicht aufkommen.
In ca. 2 km Entfernung befindet sich der Freizeitpark BLUFAN mit den super Wasserrutschen - ein Vergnügen für jung und alt. Der Golfplatz 'Is Molas' (18 Loch) ist ca. 4 km entfernt. Reiterhöfe, Sportmöglichkeiten und kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten werden in der gesamten Region angeboten. Nächster Sandstrand 'Baia di Nora' ist nur ca. m entfernt.
