This large comfortable holiday villa is located in a secure tourist complex of several holiday homes with direct access from the garden gate to a vast white sand beach and crystal clear sea of "Stella Marina" (Santa Margherita di PULA - South Sardinia). The sea is flat and child-friendly and invites to bathing only. The villa is surrounded by a gently fenced, charming Mediterranean plot of approximately 2,700 sqm and an extensive habitable terrace with barbecue facilities and a fantastic sea view, which offers the guests pure pleasure.
The idyllic resort of PULA (about 6000 inhabitants), known for its archaeological excavations and amphitheater, and excellent restaurants and nightly events in the "Piazza" is only a few kilometers away. Shopping and service facilities, bars and restaurants are available in the vicinity or in PULA. Sports facilities (golf - tennis - horse riding) are offered throughout the area. Other beautiful sandy beaches such as "Santa Margherita" - "CHIA" and "Tuerredda" can be reached quickly by car.

The capital CAGLIARI with airport is about 40 km away. Arrival from OLBIA about 3 hours and from ALGHERO about hours.
