The complex features a small marina, a supermarket at the entrance, assigned private parking for each unit, a children's playground, a tennis court, and a communal swimming pool (available for use for a fee).
This holiday home, "SOFIA" (approx. 62 m²), is located on the ground floor and features a bright, spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed for two people. The master bedroom serves as a peaceful, comfortable sanctuary with a cozy double bed—guaranteeing a restful night's sleep so you are ready for the next day's adventures—and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. A standout feature of this property is its two small private gardens, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the summer sun. They are perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the peace and quiet of nature. The garden also includes an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.
The holiday home accommodates a maximum of four adults plus one toddler (up to 3 years old), making it ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
